Hotel Interalpen - Mountain Resort — Hotel in Comunità montana Alta Valtellina

Do not pass up the chance to stay at this hotel, we had an amazing experience! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay-we are a family of 4, with 2 small children under 3 and we all were comfortable with our room and enjoyed our meals. The room has modern conveniences and all rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was the best we’ve experienced in all of Italy (we Americans enjoy large breakfasts) and included fresh honey scooped straight from the comb in front of us and freshly made bread. Dinner was a pleasant surprise as well and reasonably priced! There is a wellness center (pool, hot tub, sauna, and aromatic steam room) that is easy to access from your room and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and fun for kids to play on…rocks to climb and a few blue water ponds right across from the hotel. The staff was kind and courteous to us and our children and very responsive when we made our booking. The hotel is located in the ideal spot to easily access Bormio and Livigno and there are many nice trails for hiking and trekking right outside the front door...

The hotel is well maintained and easily accesible. Located in tranquile location so you will not be distrurbed by city noise. Still very well connected to Livigno or nearby villages.

Breakfast and service is outstanding. Extremly flexible stuff (Many and special thanks to Manuela, who took care of us and our big dog with perfect care for several days, she as well helped us to take care of the dog outside her working time !! ).

Breakfast have such a huge options that everyone will find something to choose. Extra to mention is high quality teas, fresh local cuts of different meat products, fish and cheese, many options of nuts, home made honey, vege options, nice bread and high quality sweets. Eggs freshly made in all options.

Rooms were spacious and clean, room service left room in superb condition.

My second time here, and I stayed over a month. Every experience was delightful! First the property: well-appointed rooms, and a big terrace with lounge chairs to enjoy panoramic views of the lake and mountains in peace. The wellness centre has everything to pamper yourself with -- I love the sauna, and there's also a hot jaccuzi, a pool carved out of natural rock, and steam room. About the staff: everyone is super friendly, genuine, and warm. Breakfast is a dazzling smorgasbord and the dinners are always divine with delicious and creative dishes every day. Perfect hotel for athletes and nature-lovers. I'm a cyclist and super happy I found this home for my altitude training, with facilities to store and wash bikes. Also -- beautiful hikes starting right outside the hotel. Can't recommend this...
