we rented a room here for a week in february! the hotel is nice, clean, well located, with nice, large clean well equiped rooms! but what makes this hotel THE BEST hotel i ever been , is the service! from the moment we step in the owners a took care of us like we were part of their family! for example as soon we arrive there we need to fit chains on the car wheels for snow! i ask the owner were can we do it,...he just ask for the car keys and fixed himself! i did not have to move a finger!....after few days of ski i ,,manage" to hurt my legs, and on a friday night i did need some medical atention! been late everythink closed, i did not have to many option! We ask Paola the lady owner were we can find any farmacy open! Nothing open, but Paola went home and 20 minutes later she came back with every medicine, cream antibiotics that she find in her house that could help me! I cannot thank enough you Paula for your kindness and your help! i will like to thank you verry much for everythink you done for me! thank you and yor family! with that been said i can't not recommend enough this hotel! This is a family run place, and the service is excellent- they really care and you feel at home. The rooms are very clean and even look brand new. Very comfortable and quiet. I ate at the hotel restaurant 5 meals during my 2 nights stay. It was very good, home cooking, beautifully served and the hosts made every effort to translate the daily menu to me in English. Was offered their homemade desert and local digestif at the end. I truly enjoyed it.|The hotel is located in the end of the valley along the local park. Personál byl moc milý. Hotel měl pěknou recepci, společenskou místnost. Vybavení pokojů v poho, jdete tam jen přespat. Vše bylo čisté, denně uklizené. Ceny všeho v hotelovém baru dobré! Večeře byly velmi chutné, několikachodové. Umístění pokoje do dvora je super, je tam klid. K cestě už je to horší, je slyšet provoz ze silnice. Auto jsme měli v garáži, takže v relativním suchu a teple.

První překvapení bylo, že jsme nebydleli v hotelu, ale ve vedlejším penzionu. No OK, ale proč nám to nikdo neřekl? Na jídlo a do společenské místnosti jsme museli chodit venkem, proč? Výmluva, že jsme jen krátce je úplně mino. Hotel byl prakticky prázdný a pokud čekali na nájezdy turistů, OK, ale v daný moment a prakticky do našeho odjezdu bylo zcela jistě volno. Tzn. na snídani i večeři venkem, kua proč? Měli jsme koupenou polopenzi. Upřímně, snídaně byla jeden velký průšvih! Na výběr jedna šunka a jeden sýr. Bohužel celý týden. Koláče byly do té doby, dokud je někdo nesnědl. Pokud zbyly, byly na večeři jako dezert. No, tohle jsme nikdo před tím v Itálii nezažili. O míchané vajíčka jsme si museli říct a doufat, že budou. Ano, dopadlo to. To stejné platí se zeleninovým salátem na večeři. Výběr z mrkve, čekanky a listového salátu je super, jen to nesmí být stejné 5 dní v kuse a nic víc :-( Na hotelu nebyla lyžárna, nebo nám ji neukázali, byť jsme chtěli. Nechávali jsme si tedy lyže ve střešním boxu, lyžáky si...
