We stayed here three years ago and when the opportunity arose, we jumped at the chance to come back to this region of Italy. The mountains are rugged and breathtaking and the water is clear and inviting. Coming back to Hotel Rustichella was like coming back to visit family. Albergo immerso nelle montagne e nella natura della Val Masino. Esternamente esteticamente si presenta molto bene e frontalmente presenta un ampio parcheggio su ghiaia. All' ingresso si è accolti nella reception da personale molto educato e disponibile, su questo piano sono presenti anche ristorante, palestra ed una comoda sala nella quale accomodarsi per godersi il tepore del camino. Al piano superiore, raggiungibile mediante ascensore, sono presenti le camere: queste sono davvero molto piccole ma funzionali, una camera da letto e un bagno dotato di phon. È una camera molto essenziale, ma ci sono due cose che mi hanno colpito negativamente:

1. L'acqua del lavandino in bagno era gialla, dopo averla fatta scorrere per un minuto pieno è diventata trasparente. Mi ha fatto pensare la mia camera non fosse stata usata da molto e che comunque non hanno fornito una presentazione adeguata della camera.
2. il terrazzo è condiviso con le altre stanze Una terza cosa che non ho apprezzato è stato il fatto che la palestra non fosse accessibile nel periodo autunnale. Nel complesso è un buon albergo, molto curato soprattutto esternamente ed al piano terra. Molto utile il servizio gratuito di fornitura delle biciclette disponibili in albergo.
