The Best of Italian Hospitality Amidst Panoramic Tuscan Views We definitely want to return to Bruno's place! A picturesque setting, relaxing environment, and an attentive host make this the perfect vacation destination. When we arrived, it was Thursday evening and Bruno was making wood-fired pizzas outside for all the guests and he suggested we run down to the nearby grocery store to collect toppings. What a fun way to meet all the other guests, sitting with them while eating our freshly-baked pizzas. Bruno was the perfect host who has a knack for genuinely welcoming his guests as 'instant' friends. His pride for his property is evident in his meticulous care of the grounds. The apartment we stayed in included a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and all the amenities required to dine-in. Our son especially loved the massage shower. The bathroom was generously sized. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was nicely appointed with local art and photographs. The whole apartment was very clean and well-maintained, evident of the great care put into it. Bruno made a special effort to answer all our questions and even phoned to make dinner reservations for us in nearby Cortona. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. We couldn't tear them away from it. This is a family-friendly place, with not only the pool, but also a swing set, a merry-go-round, a ping-pong table, other assorted games, and even a small wading pool for toddlers. The jasmine hedge surrounding the pool gave off a beautiful fragrance that we will remember as the smell of Tuscany. The evening walks in the olive grove are, to this day, a fond memory. One of the main reasons we chose this property was because of its central location between Siena and Assisi; two places we were visiting during our stay. This was our second visit and we just loved it even more than the first time. Great location for exploring the area and our cottage in the garden was just perfect for our needs. It is spacious, clean and well equipt and we loved having all our meals outside in the garden with magnificent views to Lake Trasimeno. All the areas and towns that we visited were all in easy reach of the farm.( Cortona, Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Assisi, Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano and Montepulciano and many more) Bruno our perfect host was so helpful with all sorts of bits information about the region. There is also a swimming pool with seperate kiddies pool both kept sparkling clean. Wifi is free . We can highly recommend and we will most certainly return there for another visit....

I've been here many times and I really love it. Really the perfect spot for families. The apartements are really spacious. (The cortoreggio has seven apartements and two bed+bathrooms for a shorter stay) Enough privacy outside and the view is truly breathtaking. You are surrounded by 2000 olive trees. There are two swimmingpools, one small one for younger children and one large one.||||The location is great.
