Ieri 28 maggio magnifica giornata! Giornata, nel mio Paesello, di Prime Comunioni. E dopo tante giornate per noi di quel malbeltempo tanto agognato di piogge, è parso che il Signore abbia voluto anche premiare quei Bambini che si sono avvicinati a questo Sacramento. Epilogo della cerimonia i festeggiamenti con lauto pranzo in un locale ameno, l'Agriturismo Casteldoria, sito in una ridente, serena località di campagna ad alcuni km da Perfugas, a pochi giri di ruote dalla SP 92 che dal Comune di Perfugas (SS) conduce alle Terme di Casteldoria (SS). Accolti col sorriso e la gentilezza dai Proprietari, serviti sempre col sorriso e la gentilezza dai Proprietari, ripartiti NOI col sorriso di nostra piena soddisfazione per il trattamento riservatoci dai Proprietari. Per chi, come me, e come tanti, ama la buona cucina sarda, un ritorno al passato coi classici sapori della cucina tradizionale dei nostri avi, semplice ma gustosa, di quei sapori che ritenevo ormai persi, da dimenticarsi, ma che invece ho riscontrato rivivere in questa bellissima realtà. Una lunga passerella più che soddisfacente di piatti tipici realizzati con materie prime prodotte dai proprietari dell'Azienda, dagli svariati antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi, ai dolci e, per finire, un ottimo caffè e, dulcis in fundo, gli immancabili vari ammazza caffè. Grazie ai festeggiati che ci hanno onorato del loro invito e fatto così conoscere questo luogo meraviglioso, e......... grazie, anche , "Agriturismo Casteldoria" , son certo che avremo il piacere di tornare...

Die hohe Anzahl an Bewertungen hätte uns warnen sollen: wir hatten weniger das Gefühl, in einem Agriturismo zu sein als vielmehr in einem sehr großen Restaurant für sehr viele Gäste.

Ambiente: in dem ersten Teil (bedeckte Terrasse) sah es nett aus, besonders mit den hochgerollten Seitenwänden. Der andere Teil, in dem wir leider saßen, war deutlich weniger schön: keine Fenster, dafür recht grellen Licht. Und dann hatten wir noch das Pech, direkt am Ausgang der Küche zu sitzen. Dadurch war es unglaublich unruhig. Insgesamt aber sehr, sehr viele Gäste und dadurch unpersönlich und zumindest in unserem Teil Kantinen-Ambiente. Dass in beiden Räumen jeweils ein Fernseher lief, hat nicht zur Gemütlichkeit beigetragen.

Essen: das meiste Essen war sehr lecker. Aufgrund der Massen, die dort in einem Monat essen, habe ich aber ganz große Zweifel, dass wirklich alles von dem Agriturismo stammt. Wir hatten als Fleisch Hase (also vermuten wir), Schwein, Rind und Huhn. Haben sie wirklich so viele Tiere? Das Huhn war sehr, sehr fettig: ich habe noch nie ein freilaufend Bauernhof-Huhn gegessen, dass eine so dicke Fettschicht hat. Eher wenig Gemüse. Das Wiener Schnitzel unserer Kinder war nicht gebraten, sondern frittiert. Und so fettig, dass die Kinder es nicht aufgegessen haben. Aber der meiste Teil war sehr lecker.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich , aber je nach Stresslebel hatte sie Zeit uns zu erklären, was wir da essen oder nicht.
