What. a. view.... This camping was amazing for a few days at Lago di Garda. We stayed here with 2 adults and a dog. The camping itself is pretty with flowers and well maintained paths and grass. The dog-friendliness of this camping is unparalleled, our dog received his own little suitcase with some very nice and delicious goodies. The park is also filled with bins and poop bag dispensers, there is a dog wash area, a fenced in leash free zone with agility obstacles and extremely dog friendly staff, from the receptionists to the gardeners. This park gives the term dog-friendliness a new meaning. Our home was also well maintained, pretty and well equipped. There was nothing in the house we missed. Our home was more then large enough for the 3 of us since we had a home for 6, however I can imagine when you're in that home with 6 it'll really small. The view of our home was also breathtaking.. Every morning and evening we woke up and went to bed with the most amazing view of the mountains and the lake. Also taking a dive in the lake was amazing, it was a bit chilly but once you're in it is lovely! During our stay we were unfortunate that the window of our car was smashed by criminals in Verona. We called our reception for help and they were so helpful and friendly. Really amazing! Since our windows was smashed and there was a storm coming we could park the car under cover and the next day they helped us by pointing us to the carabinieri and a local Carglass. This is very helpful in a stressful situation. Conclusion. We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful place and this is the most dog inviting place I've ever been too. 10/10, would visit again.

Abbiamo prenotato dieci giorni al Club del Sole di Desenzano, ma il colpo di fulmine è scattato ancora prima di scaricare le valigie. Appena arrivati, siamo rimasti talmente affascinati dal luogo che, d'impulso, abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno di altri due giorni (purtroppo la camera non era più disponibile dopo, altrimenti saremmo rimasti ancora!). Siamo una famiglia con una cagnolina (daisy) che consideriamo a tutti gli effetti un membro della famiglia, ed è proprio per questo che ci teniamo a dire che il Club del Sole è un vero paradiso per chi viaggia con il proprio amico a quattro zampe. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con una borsa regalo contenente piccoli pensieri dedicati proprio a lei — un gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Il villaggio dispone di una grandissima area cani con percorso agility, piscine dove i cani possono rinfrescarsi e persino una dog wash completa di tutto il necessario per lavarli e asciugarli comodamente. La nostra “bimba pelosa” ha potuto seguirci ovunque: in spiaggia, al ristorante, persino in acqua sul lago! Mai sentiti così liberi e accolti con il nostro cane. E per quanto riguarda “gli umani”? Una vera oasi di pace. Il resort ha una spiaggia privata incantevole a pochi minuti a piedi: talmente bella che non siamo mai nemmeno andati in piscina! Gli alloggi sono villette a schiera super accessoriate, dotate di tutto: stoviglie, pentole, kit pulizia, condizionatori in entrambe le stanze… Ogni dettaglio è pensato per il comfort. E la pulizia? Impeccabile, in camera e in tutto il villaggio: mai vista una cosa fuori posto. Un paragrafo a parte merita lo staff, il vero cuore del villaggio. Dovrebbero chiamarlo “Club del Sorriso” per quanto tutti – dalla reception al personale di sala, dalle addette alle pulizie al giardiniere – lavorano sempre col sorriso, con gentilezza e attenzione. Un grazie speciale va a chi ci ha coccolato ogni mattina a colazione, facendoci sentire parte di una grande famiglia: Matthew, giovanissimo ma già incredibilmente professionale, pieno di energia e voglia di fare. Ha una naturalezza nel trattare con i clienti che gli fa onore, e siamo certi che ha davanti a sé una bellissima strada. Hassan (sperando di aver scritto correttamente il suo nome), con la sua gentilezza disarmante e un modo di fare dolce e rispettoso che ci ha profondamente colpiti. Marco, elegante e professionale, perfetto nel gestire la sala e nel raccontarci qualche storia sulle meraviglie del lago di Garda – ci ha davvero intrattenuti con garbo e simpatia. E infine Gordana, una forza della natura! Simpatica, frizzante, dolce e contagiosa: la sua presenza è stata una ventata di allegria fin dal primo giorno. In sintesi? Un’esperienza che ci ha lasciato il segno, nel cuore e nell’anima. Tornati a Milano, ci sentiamo un po’ spaesati, come quando si chiude un libro bellissimo e si vorrebbe subito leggerne un altro capitolo. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto di noi lì, tra i sorrisi sinceri dello staff, le passeggiate con la nostra cagnolina libera e felice, e la pace assoluta di quelle mattine sul lago. Il Club del Sole non è solo una destinazione: è un’emozione da vivere. E noi, quella magia, vogliamo riviverla ancora. Ci rivedrete presto, perché siete diventati ufficialmente il nostro rifugio dell’anima, il posto del cuore, la certezza delle nostre estati. A prestissimo, e grazie per averci fatto sentire davvero a casa.

Le club n’est vraiment pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles. Alors, comment expliquer ces avis clients plutôt positifs? Ayant séjourné dans cet hôtel, une semaine fin septembre 2024, nous avons un début de réponse, après avoir parcouru les différents avis. Ce que nous aurions dû faire avant de partir, au lieu de nous baser seulement sur la note globale. Les avis positifs sont exprimés par les personnes ayant séjourné en bungalow Deluxe ou superior, et surtout par les propriétaires de chiens. Nos amis canins sont chouchoutés avec des animations et endroits réservés. Cela va jusqu’à la valise de bienvenue avec des friandises. Les résidents en chambre “confort” ,sans chien, sont beaucoup moins enthousiastes. Et c’est malheureusement notre cas. Déjà la réception: l’accueil n’est pas très chaleureux et la responsable n’est pas à l’écoute de la clientèle. Nous avons demandé un hébergement plus conforme à nos attentes. Il nous a été proposé un autre studio pour le lendemain 11 heures, mais, curieusement, celui-ci a fait l’objet d’une réservation dans la nuit. Et bien sûr, pas d’autre solution pour tout le séjour. Le sens du client comme on aime… Nous avons préféré ne pas fréquenter la réception pour faire part de nos divers tracas (insectes, toiles d'araignées, tuyauteries bouchées, lampe grillée dans la salle de bain), et avons consacré notre temps à visiter la région, qui est magnifique. Pour les repas, nous vous conseillons de prendre seulement le petit déjeuner (si malgré le présent avis vous tenez absolument à réserver dans cet hôtel). La demi-pension et a fortiori la pension complète ne sont pas une bonne idée. Ici, pas de show cooking, les plats sont tenus au chaud depuis le début du service et sont servis par le personnel au comptoir, où vous devrez vous rendre : - si vous êtes gros mangeur, il vous faudra retourner au comptoir - les plats sont tièdes voire froids , rien à voir avec la bonne cuisine italienne que l’on connaît. Les crudités et antipasti sont en accès libre, mais c’est répétitif, le même stand toute la semaine. Le dessert lui change, un jour panna cotta l’autre tiramisu -toute la semaine . Quant aux fruits quelques grains de raisins Terminons tout de même sur un point positif. Le personnel du restaurant est agréable avec les clients , contrairement à d’autres….. Les dames du matin sont super sympas ainsi que le jeune homme chargé du service qui fait de son mieux pour vous satisfaire.

A place with lots to recommend it. Good rooms, fantastic views,good location ruined by inept management. ||After booking an apartment with one bedroom and a separate living room and checking we were happy with this by using the website and confirming that it fit our requirements we were a bit miffed to find that we were given keys for a studio apartment (both adults and kids in one room). ||Rather than apologising for the mistake and giving us the correct room the supercilious manager decided to tell us we had “booked the wrong room”. Despite it clearly being the right room on the printed booking we’d brought with us. ||After our travel agent intervened - we were eventually given a room that almost matched the ones shown on the website. ||The website shows a room with 2 beds and a sofa in the kitchen room. This one had no sofa. We were told by the staff that “all the rooms are the same” so they were either lying to us or they are lying to everyone looking on their website. I think it’s probably the former. ||As this was far, far from a budget holiday I don’t expect this kind of stress and frustration when arriving. So no matter how nice it may appear on the website I...
