Hotel Flötscherhof — Hotel in Eisacktal - Valle Isarco

We stayed three nights with our two daughters and our friends with three kids. We were quite unsure what to expect but we were positively surprised. The hotel is on a hill outside Naz in the middle of apple trees. It has a playground for kids with elastic bed, and several amenities that kept our kids busy. We did not use the swimming pool since it was too cold, but we went to the Aquarena in Bressanone (complimentary tickets at the hotel) which was really fun.||The hotel is quite isolated so we were relaxed in letting the kids roam freely.||We did not use many of the amenities like the sauna and the animation provided by the hotel since we spent most of the days outside the hotel.||The food was good. Breakfast buffet could be improved with more variety and selection of food items. But overall it was ok. Diner was good and the staff were very friendly. They were quite accommodating with the kids menu. They could offer something else for desert for the kids than ice cream, but it was ok.||One of the things we did not like is that drinks were not included in the menu (not even water) and they were quite expensive (4€ for one liter water). ||Internet wifi was only available in the lobby and in the common room, and signal was not very good, and the speed was quite slow. The first day it did not work, but it was fixed the second day.||The room was big and clean. The only complain is that the beds are stone-hard and the pillows too soft. It was not easy to sleep in these beds. And there are no bed linens, only the quilt. This is something to be improved, and it would make a real difference.||Overall we had a good stay and we may possible come back in the future. Una settimana in Alto Adige

Arriviamo in questa struttura scelta da altri amici ma prima volta per tutti... Hotel Floschther 3 stelle superiore... Cosa dire? Se dovessi attribuire un voto gli darei la sufficienza perché rispetto alle aspettative è stato deludente.

Struttura esterna: carina ma piscina e scivolo datati.... campo da pallavolo o tennis inutilizzabili... sauna e vasca idromassaggio sempre occupata da bambini e con acqua nn proprio pulita... sala giochi sotterranea con bigliardo rotto... ping pong con racchette rotte tutto inutilizzabile!

Camere: la nostra era una suite (molto spaziosa) con stanza da letto + cameretta + bagno e piccoli terrazzini con sdraio. Il bagno non lo abbiamo trovato affatto funzionale perché senza appendini per gli asciugamani, senza comodi piani di appoggio per le nostre cose, la doccia, anche se di design, non aveva un'anta per cui ad ogni doccia si allagava tutto, mancanza di un kit cortesia prontamente inserito alla nostra richiesta, per non dire che nella guarnizione della doccia siamo stati accolti da due tagliaforbici, il primo prontamente UCCISO dal titolare albergatore ed il secondo del giorno dopo da noi. I letti abbastanza comodi e ottima pulizia delle stanze.

Cibo: il pranzo è offerto gratuitamente per i bambini. La cena inclusa nel pacchetto prevede un buffet solo di insalate. Tutte le sere è offerto un menù diverso a scelta tra due primi e due secondi senza frutta ma con dolce (o in alternativa una pallina di gelato!). Le bibite sono a pagamento e l'acqua è addebitata sul conto al costo di 4euro a bottiglia da litro.

Accoglienza e ospitalità: di solito in vacanza siamo abituati ad essere 'coccolati', invece non sempre ci siamo sentiti tali per l'atteggiamento dei proprietari e del personale. A colazione ci sentivamo continuamente osservati perché all'accoglienza avevano puntualizzato che i panini, se preparati per gli adulti, erano addebitati sul conto al costo di due euro (ed infatti non è mancata un giorno la richiesta di quanti panini avessimo fatto!). Tra i camerieri solo un ragazzo si è mostrato alquanto disponibile facendoci sentire a nostro agio, ma dal giorno dopo non lo abbiamo più visto e ci siamo chiesti che fine avesse fatto!! Una sera mio nipote è sceso dalla camera volutamente prima per prendere posto su una poltrona della sala per guardare una partita di calcio ma ad un certo punto è stato "invitato" dal proprietario ad alzarsi perché doveva sedersi lui :-( Inoltre non è stato piacevole assistere ad una scena in cui lo stesso titolare, a causa di qualche incomprensione con alcuni amici durante il pagamento finale, gridava di non ritornare più in quell'albergo!

Tirando le conclusioni non posso dire di essere stato male... ma sicuramente qualcosa da rivedere soprattutto nella cura...

We found this place as an emergency sleep-over when traveling back from winter holidays at Kronplatz, and A22 motorway got closed around Brenner pass due to the avalanche.||||Holidays is located in the middle of an apple orchard surrounded by beautiful mountains.
