Hotel Sun Resort & Spa — Hotel in Fano

L'hotel è recentemente ristrutturato quindi nulla da dire,la terrazza panoramica è sicuramente un punto di forza e davvero bella. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 12 giorni il mare è di fronte basta attraversare una strada per nulla trafficata,il rumore dei treni si sente ovviamente ma a me non ha dato fastidio,complice forse anche il fatto che la camera che avevamo era dal lato opposto alla ferrovia. Per la tipologia di stanza che abbiamo prenotato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più sia per il bagno un po' piccolo che per l'armadio che per 3 persone non è sufficiente. La cucina non mi ha soddisfatta. I pasti sono gestiti su ordinazione tramite un applicazione prenotando primi e secondi che vengono serviti al tavolo e con un buffet di verdure e insalate, che però non viene ripristinato durante i 45 minuti che si hanno per scendere a mangiare,quindi in sostanza se non arrivi all'apertura della sala trovi solo i rimasugli.. Chiusura pasto si può scegliere se un dolce(lo stesso pranzo e cena),un frutto o il sorbetto (anche qui sempre lo stesso). Il mercoledì fanno una serata cena in terrazza con tutto a buffet ,peccato che peggiora la situazione il buffet extra pasto si riduce a solo insalate fredde niente verdure calde,e persino l'acqua devi alzarti un bicchiere alla volta a prendertela,per questa serata "speciale" le scelte delle portate si riducono a 2 primi e 2 secondi,noi il primo mercoledì non sapendo come fosse abbiamo cenato lì , Il secondo abbiamo preferito uscire a cena. La colazione era decisamente meglio fornita,salato praticamente nulla ma il dice ce n'è. Ha accompagnato il nostro soggiorno anche uno sgradevole odore che si sentiva sempre intorno all'hotel simile a fogne ma non saprei,si sentiva spesso anche nel bagno quindi credo siano collegate le cose. Nota di grande merito per la struttura che mi ha fatto dare 3 stelle anziché 2 come a mio giudizio meriterebbe, è il personale!! Le ragazze del bar al mattino sono fantastiche gentili e efficienti al massimo,in reception anche molto carini e disponibili, in sala da pranzo i camerieri anche loro gentili forse un po' meno organizzati rispetto al resto ma comunque bene! Soprattutto Roberta alla reception che ha gestito anche un problema al nostro arrivo al meglio delle sue capacità. The hotel was great. We had the room in front of the sea, so we had a good balcony with seaview. The breakfast had good choices, the lunch and diner where also good. You have to pick what you want the day before. We loved it, the owner speaks English (good English) but keep in mind, it is an Italian hotel, that means sweets like pie for breakfast (they had bread too) Italian croissants and lunch and diner everyday at the same time, all togheter. After lunch, nobody is at the beach, only a few people. If you have halfboard or fullboard, you have beachchairs and a umbrella at the beach. Nice and modern hotel located right on the beach with a sea view. Not too many interesting places in the near vicinity but a good base for visiting places in Marche like Urbino or Gradara. Parking was free of charge and next to the hotel. All hygienic standards were highly respected and the ventilation in the breakfast room was secured. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
