Our wedding at Masseria Alchimia was nothing short of a dream come true. From the very beginning, Caroline was by our side, helping us design the wedding we had always envisioned—and then bringing it to life in ways that far exceeded anything we could have imagined.

Caroline was the heart of it all. She listened carefully to what we wanted, was mindful of our budget, and guided us toward the most talented, kind, and fair vendors. Her expertise, vision, and support made the entire process feel easy and joyful. We trusted her completely, and she delivered in every possible way.

We have spent 6 nights at the Masseria Alchimia and we loved every single minutes of it. This was our base to explore the neighbouring small cities and beaches based on the recommendations of Caroline. Without her it would have been much harder to have a smooth, laid back and relaxing week there what we were able to enjoy with her help. As practcally she arranged everything to us. So her hospitality was/is excellent. The masseria is very well located, equipped with everything you would need for a 5 star family stay. Our apartment was very stylish, fully equipped and very cozy. The nature is really around you there and helps a lot to focus to yourself and your loved ones and to the work you left behind. The offered breakfast is exceptionally great as it is full with local, fresh products so it is really authentic and delicious. Also the staff there is very friendly and helpful.

We chose Masseria Alchimia in Fassano after reading about it in Conde Naste online. We stayed here four nights and it was our base to explore Puglia and Materia by car. We were five adults: a couple and our parents, plus a medium sized dog. The owner was our point of contact from the beginning, we booked three double rooms for the five of us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! One room had a garden which was perfect for our dog. All rooms were equipped with coffeemakers, tea bags. A masseria next-door had fresh groceries where we bought fruits and vegetables. The owner recommended excellent restaurants for us all over Puglia, and made reservations on our behalf. We had a great time, and always ate in wonderful places thanks to the guidance of Caroline the owner. Masseria Alchimia was the perfect place to get a goodnight’s rest and shower to get ready for full days of exploring...
