Il grappolo — Hotel in Gavi

The b&b is beyond expectations: super comfy springless mattress- the best for a relaxing sleep. The area is very quiet.

The hosts made everything with soul and heart. They stayed up late for us to let us check in. The process was automatic, but we were leaving early, so they had to meet us for payment.

Everything in the room is new. The shower, bidet, toilet, doors, furniture - it looks like the place has opened a few weeks ago.

They thought about everything: a coffee machine with a double set of coffee, cappuccino, tea. A bottle of water, countless sets of sugar, decent porcelain.

7 towels. Slippers, shower caps, disposable toilet covers, napkins, spare toilet paper rolls, shampoo, shower gel, even two sealed tooth brushes! (I am writing this for nerds like me, because there was no info about this)

Ah, The radiators were hot as crazy, we switched them down immediately, sleeping with open windows at +1C.

The towel dryer is hot - we had to wash a towel in the evening, by 5 am it was absolutely dry.

This is undoubtedly the best B&B. I’ve ever been to.

To start with, we are late into this review of our stay in June 2019. Suffice to say that the lady owner of this BB ga e us such a special treatment that even a year down the line we haven't forgotten about this marvellous stay. |We chose the place ( trust us, the pictures dont do any justice to the place) as we had a specific shopping agenda at the nearby Mall primarily.|The owner not only runs a tight ship, she also served us hit eggs for breakfast as a special request and helped us with our laundry. She had the attitude of a person who wants to ensure that the guest has the best vacation ever. |The rooms are spic and Span and she makes sure that even the ribbons on the towels are replaced daily , not just as a welcome gimmick.|The bottle of wine is a perk.
