I experienced this lovely place on a corporate retreat in September '21. I can assure you that covid safety was well respected by all members of staff. As for the experience, it was phenomenal! From hikes nearby, to the beach, to water activities, to basketball, football, volleyball etc, this campus has it all. The dining area was massive and the kitchen staff were extremely friendly and good at their job. It's been easy to cook for 300+ ppl! Fun tips: If you need further help with boats, wear a Liverpool kit and Alberto will take care of you :). And if you ever need further assistance in the dining area, ask for Cristina, she went over and beyond in helping us out. All in all, this area is as calm as it could be exciting, depending on what you're after. Would definitely come back here again, in a heartbeat.

I think that the place is 10/10, the rooms were big and clean and there were kind people on the bar. The ocean was clean. But the food was not that good in my opinion... a lot of vegetables and only a bit of meat and those kind of things... for example where are the chicken nuggets, the french fries and things like that... I think it should be everyday, I don't eat only vegetable for dinner at home... And why there are alkoholic drinks at 12am and not already at the 10am like the non-alkoholic drinks? It does not make any sense for me... And the last thing... why you want from the guests to wear a swimming hat in swimming pool? I was in like 35 hotels with swimming pool already and noone wanted me to wear a swimming hat... I think it is fine hotel, but just not excellent... You deserve 4*/5* I think.

Villaggio 3 stelle,ma per me anche 2,la ns camera puzzava di fogna,il mobilio era vecchio,un frigo nn funzionava e ne avevano aggiunto un altro piazzandolo in mezzo alla stanza,cucina ripetitiva e dozzinale,i dolci serviti degni di un autogrill,piscina (a detta del bagnino più anziano) una pozzanghera.. e se lo dice lui...a bordo piscina invasioni di api x via dei bicchieri con rimanenze di granita lasciati dagli ospiti e di cui ne il servizio bar ne il servizio piscina se prende cura togliendoli ( tra cui svariate segnalazioni da parte degli ospiti al responsabile della piscina)che chiedevano di toglierli...oltretutto a bordo piscina la gente occupava i lettini con gli asciugamani tutto il giorno pur nn essendo presenti,nota positiva tra le poche ottima posizione x il mare poiché il villaggio si affaccia proprio sul mare,pulizie cmq generali approssimative,e frequentato nella maggioranza da anziani,4gg di mare grosso e i responsabili della spiaggia nn si erano attrezzati x posizionare le sdraie nella parte rialzata della spiaggia,tanto che gli ospiti dovevano caricarsi le sdraie da soli e portarsele su (veramente incommentabile), buona l'animazione (i ragazzi) il responsabile più grande un po meno,monotono e poco empatico ma comprensibile vista l'età,all interno del villaggio nn c'è nulla 2 tavoli e qualche sedia un paio di mini mini negozietti spessissimo chiusi,ottimo invece il servizio escursioni le ragazze sono preparate e vi sapranno consigliare,cmq mai più,evitatelo e cercate di meglio che sicuramente troverete...

This is not a calm and quiet Holiday. It's full of fun,culture, music, musicals, theatre and sport and competitions. All of this only if you want to. You can just lay on a beach and listen to music.||The hotel is situated in a hotel village. There is no place to go, no place to shop, there are no local people, no strangers who live nearby. But all day long you are not bored! The crew prepared a full programe.||The ROOMS are cleaned every day. ||The FOOD Is very good, sicilian: seafood, pasta, vegetables, pizza, sandwich. In all inclusive, you can have delicious coffee and non alcoholic drinks all day long. From 12:00 vine and beer, aperitives, Amaro, limoncelo...Evening coctails. There is a bar also on a beach!||||My boyfriend loves meat, which was not every day and if it was, there was only one kind. But it's the way Sicilian people eat!:)||||The SEA was absolutely perfect. One of the best beaches I have seen! Absolutely clean water.||The crew was kind, funny and full od energy. They inform you about the program. And you can see every information in an application (at the reception they give you the instrutions how to upload)||I really recomend this Holiday!!||||Especially many thanks to Giulia and her morning exercises on a beach! And to maestro Fabrizio! I listened his soft music he played every evening on terrazza while I was drinking coctails and enjoying the most romantic sunset I have ever seen! And the musical Romeo and Juietta? Just wow, wow, wow!||||I cried in a plane while comming back from this Holiday, I didn't want to ho home! :D||A really recomend this hotel village. Good for children, adults and also for seniors. Yes, there are some stairs in the area, but I havent seen people having problems. And the Italians are heart opened, kind and...

The stay at this resort was great. Lots of animation programs for both children and adults.||The menu at the bar was sufficient.||The food was really amazing. Italian specialties, fine dining, I really have never encountered such a luxurious offer in a hotel restaurant.||Breakfast, on the other hand, was very modest and the same every day.||The beach is totally unsuitable for people with limited mobility, it was very difficult to get into the sea and then climb back to the beach. We had big waves most of the stay which was great. The sea calmed down on the last day, but unfortunately jellyfish appeared and burned our daughter.||||Upon our arrival we were given a room that absolutely did not meet our requirements. It was not tidy, there was a tiny window and no terrace or balcony. Our children did not fit on the bunk bed. It took two days to get an adequate room. After that, everything was fine.||||It would be better to add more English language to your program? Italian is beautiful, but there are also guests in the hotel who do not speak Italian. And I believe that it would be very beneficial for all of us and we would enjoy our vacation as much...
