Le Pinede Hotel Relax — Hotel in Giugliano in Campania

I booked this way back in November as a surprise for my Husbands birthday which was on the 28th May. Believe me it was a surprise, he's never been so disappointed and neither have I. We wanted to come home the same day!||I have attached photos to this review of the hotel and its location. As you can see the photos are disgusting. One pillow I had was covered in blood splatter, another as you can see in the photos isn’t for human use.||Nowhere on any website where this hotel is being advertised, states that its in the middle of nowhere. The nearest place to get food is a 15 minute drive away.||Without a car we would of been stuck without food. I filled the car with fuel 3 times and after breakfast left the hotel each morning and did not return till 9:30 - 10:00 each evening.||Evening time the hotel came to life with Prostitutes screaming the place down, and believe me this was every night! Hookers standing on the corner either end of the road looking for business.||NO SMOKING yet the hotel corridor stunk.||Behind the back of the hotel there is a military camp which carry out practice late evening. That's not stated on anywhere either||Buffett breakfast doesn't exist as you can see from the photo that was what you got everyday.||Bar/Lounge, I have no idea where this was??||Air Conditioning didn't exist in our room as you can see from the photo with the curtains.||Free Newspaper didn't exist even if it was an Italian one!.||Coffee / Tea maker didn't exists!||Hair drier, was 1 off for the hotel and had to be borrowed from the reception and returned after use.|Avoid this hotel as what the package states isn’t what the...

Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall war Staub und Spinnweben. Die Dusche war dreckig und voller Schimmel. Abfluss in der Dusche hat abnormal gestunken. Das Zimmer an sich hat auch gestunken. An vielen Stellen hat der Putz gefehlt und es waren schon Risse in der Wand. Alles wirkte nur halb fertig. Das Bett war extrem hart und es gab keinen Lattenrost sondern lediglich ein Brett darunter.

Der Whirlpool im Zimmer war total dreckig und kaputt. Beschwerden waren fast unmöglich, da (entgegen der Angaben auf der Homepage!) lediglich italienisch gesprochen wurde. Musste alles per Google Übersetzer geklärt werden. Zum Schimmel wurde lediglich gesagt, es wäre keiner sondern einfach nur alt. Auch der Dreck wäre lediglich abnutzung. Nachts war es unglaublich laut und man hat alles gehört. In einer Nacht hat ein Hund laut gebellt und wir haben jemanden rennen und laute rufe auf italienisch gehört. Das ging ca. 1h so. In einer anderen Nacht wurde nach Mitternacht Musik laut aufgedreht und bis locker 5 Uhr morgens so belassen.

Das Frühstück bestand aus 2 Croissants, Kaffe aus Plastikbechern, sowie O-Saft ebenfalls aus Plastikbechern. Dazu gab es Marmelade und Nutella, sowie zwei Päckchen Zwieback. Und das alles für 2 (!) Personen.

Die Umgebung war auch der reinste Albtraum. Alles war dreckig und überall lag Müll herum. Die "paar Minuten zum Strand" sind auch ein Witz. Man läuft ca. 5 Min bis man das Meer sieht. Aber man kommt nicht zum Strand, da alles abgesperrt ist und überall Hotels den Bereich für sich beansprucht haben. Die Nachbarschaft ist ebenfalls sehr unseriös. Offensichtlich werden dort Drogen gehandelt und das nicht mal sonderlich versteckt.

Das einzig schöne war der Pool mit den Liegestühlen. Dieser sieht aber nichtmal annähernd so aus wie auf den Bildern.

Sind nach 3 Tagen (wir haben es wirklich versucht, den Urlaub trotzdem zu genießen)...

DISGUSTOSO! Ho prenotato dal 21 luglio al 4 agosto, io mio marito e mia figlia. Appena arrivati il pagamento era immediato e ora capiamo il perché! Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione con mezza pensione, parto dal presupposto che prima che mandai l’acconto io chiamai per comunicare che un paio di sere anziché mangiare a cena ci saremmo fermati a pranzo per poter andare a trovare i nostri parenti nel pomeriggio. Il proprietario sembrava al quanto gentile ci comunico che non ci fossero problemi. Arrivati al momento dei pasti serali, un ritardo assurdo ci accomodavamo alle 20 e il primo pasto arrivava alle 21:30 (eravamo solo noi come ospiti a mangiare) Il cuoco ha un giorno di riposo a settimana e in quel giorno cucinava la servitù (antipatica maleducata e scorbutica) e preparava pasta cruda. Nella mezza pensione in 3 costo di 18€ a testa era compreso primo secondo contorno e calice di vino( la bambina pagava come un adulto) ci veniva servita una bottiglia da 75cl in tre ma vista una cosa del genere. I pasti non potevi sceglierli tramite menu ma ti obbligavano a mangiare ciò che volevano loro. Io premetto che non mangio maiale mi veniva servita per due settimane insalata con contorno di insalata. Non ne vale assolutamente la pena! Le camere piene di zanzare, non pulite a terra. Avrei mille cose da scrivere ma non ne vale assolutamente la pena sprecare tempo per scrivere per questo posto assurdo! L’unica cosa positiva di questa è una cameriera che faceva la notte nella reception di nome Silvia lei veramente è graziosa e amorevole sprecata per un posto del genere...
