Residenza Le Coste — Hotel in Lavagno

OMG. I’m used to hotels in Italy being either inaccessible (extremely high prices) or rustic. Le Coste is neither! As much as I hate unimaginative descriptions like “tranquil”, “relaxing” and such this is exactly what you will get here. Brand new hotel rooms, tastefully (and simply) decorated, comfy bed, and a quiet swimming pool (was only disrupted once by a child that I don’t know why was there given that this is an adults exclusively hotel according to booking) overlooking the meadows and surrounded by vineyards. Angelo was super helpful and always happy to give us some tips for the surrounding area 🙂 The - of this hotel? It’s too far and can’t spend each and every weekend there! Oh and kinda bad sound insulation.

I have always dreamed about making holiday on a vineyard. This year my dream came true. The estate is gorgeous and the stuff is so friendly and offers help whenever you need it! What stunned me the most is how quiet this place is. It is a joy to read books and have a dip in the pool. Today is public holiday in Italy and the host brought Aperol-Spritzes to every guest and wished us a happy public holiday. That is one of the reasons why I love Italy. Residenza La Coste is lovely. The nice house is surrounded by its beautifully kept garden and wonderful scenery. The appartment is designed in good taste. Our appartment there was neat and comfortable. The shower and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The valley is so quiet and peaceful, that only the church bells are heard. The owner is charming, friendly and helpful. He'd go out of his way to make your visit a perfect one. We came to like him very much indeed. We highly recommend the place, and will visit...
