Negative:|1. It appeared we have only 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella at the 3rd raw, despite of being 3 adult and one baby. Reception said they can provide another 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for additional 105 EUR, also at the 3rd raw, but in different spot, so my family can not be together on the beach. Later on at the beach I have found that right behind us there are available sunbeds at the 4th raw, went to reception, they confirmed and assigned it to me.|I do not have any issue with paying extra for additional sunbed, it is just a fact that I have been contacted before regarding my reservation, but no one mentioned about the sunbeds issue. It could have been done easily without problem. I had to go around and search for the available space at the beach by myself to find a solution.|2. At the reception we were informed that they have 2 turns for breakfast, lunch and dinner, each lasting only 1 hour and I have to choose it right there when we just arrived, and it will be the same for us for the rest of the week. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the note on their website, that indicated the hotel might apply the turns for the dining time. It is simply because I would not expect this from 4-star hotel. Needles to say, this has ruined the vacation from start. I did not need more that 1 hour for dining, but it is uncomfortable to have exact 1 hour spot for dining, specifically in the morning.|3. We have chosen the 1st turn for canteen. For breakfast 1st turn is 07:30 - 08:30. The canteen itself does not have a bar with coffee etc, only bar outside, so for the normal morning coffee you have to finish your breakfast, go outside to the bar and surprising you will have to pay for a coffee, because the all-inclusive will be opened from 09:30. This is absurd, because the hotel has forced to eat by graphic and appears the person from second turn on breakfast will drink coffee at bar for free while 1st turn have to pay or wait for an hour.|4. At the bar there is a list of included items, as you can see in attached photo birra alla spina (draft beer) is included in all-inclusive package. However, the staff says it is for payment only (draft beer was Messina) and in all-inclusive package they give canned beer Dreher. Also, it was available only at the beach bar. The main one did not have draft beer at all. No explanation was given, why we can not get what is included in our package, written on their website and in the menu at the bar itself.|Also, they did not have dispenser machines for the soft drinks. If you ask for a Cola, they will go to the back, open the fridge, get the half empty bottle that was opened already 10 times and does not have any gas in it anymore, pour it to smallest possible plastic cup.|5. Beverage dispensers in the canteen are malfunctioning. There are 3 machines, 1 is not working for the couple of days in a raw. The others do not have any gas, so all the soft drinks are without gas. Staff is shouting at people who try to use the dispensers, like it is guests mistake the dispenser is broken. All the changes and maintenance for it is done during the dining time, so from 1 hour spot you have you waste in the queue for drinks and searching for working dispenser.|6. Water - in the canteen it is possible to refill private bottle of water only from the dispenser inside canteen during your turn to eat. But then if you want water, bar gives only a cup, and does not allow to refill water at bar. It is hot summer, and if you want more water than a cup, you must buy it from bar or come every time from beach to ask for a cup of water. This is ridiculous.|7. Rude staff, specifically at the main bar in the morning. If you ordering something thinking it is under all-inclusive package and it is not, you will not be informed before, only after you have your drink, so you must pay. Only 1-2 employees at the bar, queue is getting long, and there is no shade. Even with all inclusive you are forced to stay with other guests in the queue to talk to cashier. Despite of everyone having the identification bracelet.|8. The garbage collection area is located on site of the hotel. Depending on your room location, you will hear and most certainly wake up in the morning, when truck is coming to collect the glass. I woke up 2 times around 6 in the morning when the glass was collected, and other times when the other type of garbage was collected.|9. Air conditioning in the room was not well positioned. It was a standard air conditioning you may put in the apartment, so this air conditioning was inside of entrance room, where the additional bed for the 3rd adult was located and the second room with 2 adults did not have any. Therefore it was not comfortable to use it, as the entrance was getting cold, while the next room was getting nothing, until you keep it on for hours.|10. It is important to understand, that in Italy the all-inclusive package is significantly different from other countries. I already have been twice in other such type of hotels in Italy, and it is fine for me. But I feel that I was scammed in this case. The reason is this place on some platforms is indicated as 4-star hotel and on other websites as a village with no stars.||Positive:|1. The territory is big and green, there are 2 nice long alleys connecting main area with the beach and pool. Pleasant to walk around, specifically after the sunset.|2. Beach is nice, mainly 3 rows of sunbeds, some areas with 4 rows. Not crowded, clean and well maintained. |3. Food was nice. For desert 3 types of fruits and 2 types of sweets.|4. Close to Lecce and Brindisi, about 20-25 minutes by car. They also were offering service for the day trip there and other cities.|5. Some people in the staff were very nice. Rooms were cleaned on time. We asked to clean our room 30 min earlier, so the baby can sleep right...
