Case Albergo Al Cortiletto — Hotel in Licata

We booked the studio, which was a roomy 2-level appartment. There were two fans (no airco, but the app was cool and the fan did its work), oven, fridge and even a freezer. The bathroom was quite small (bathtub would fit a 8 year old kid ;)), but had everything it needed. It was amid locals, very special. Just follow the signs in Licata, and you will find the last sign near an alley with stairs, you park the car at the stairs, and walk to the studio's (cannot be reacht by car). The owner was superfriendly, and no question was too much (i locked myself out once, no problem). There was a neighbourhood barbeque on the square right in front of our door, and everybody shared with us, it was really fun! We visited Vallei dei Templi and Scala dei Turchi and the beach from here, 20/30 minutes drive tops. At night, Licata is very lively with karaoke...

We booked one apartment for 5 nights in August. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes walking distance from Marianello beach and 10 from the center of Licata.||The yard is charming, provided with tables and chairs where one can stay not only for breakfast but also after dinner if you don't want to go to sleep but you're also exhausted from the heat (Licata is so hot in the summer) and you just want to relax, read a book or chat with other guests (we found people from north of Italy as well as from the south with whom we had delightful conversations). Premetto che la recensione ha un senso migliorativo,non demolitivo. Devo segnalare il mancato funzionamento del mono piano cottura ad induzione e la mancanza di una lavatrice. || Prima della vacanza ci era stato assicurato che ci sarebbe stato tutto. Inoltre delle 2 lavatrici proposte risultavano entrambe fuori uso. || I nostri amici originari Licatesi Curella /Famá, dopo aver prenotato 5 mesi prima, per il primo pernotto, sono stati invitati ad usufruire del vicino B&b Matteotti per favorire una coppia di Parma. Non la ritengo una giusta pratica di accoglienza. Non andrebbero accavallate le prenotazioni per lo stesso giorno di più famiglie. La morale è che se, a telefono, si promette e assicura che c'è tutto, deve esserci tutto sul serio. ||Concludo sulla tranquillità del posto e sulla gentilezza di alcuni gestori del B&b molto disponibili.
