We spent 4 nights at Tranquilea in the beginning of May and it was just the best holiday. The location is excellent - Aquilea is a beautiful village just a 30 minute drive from Pisa airport and only a 10 minute drive from the enchanting Lucca where we went to several times during our stay. The house has been artfully renovated and the mixture of vintage and modern interiors is very charming. The views of the valley through the big windows and from the terrace and garden offer magical, soothing company. And if you are lucky and Mike is around, you can even book a private yoga session, an experience you cannot skip! Last but not least, I recommend you to try the excellent Tuscan wine from the Aquilea farm around the corner. You will not be...
