B&B Il Girasole is situated in a very peaceful and pleasant surroundings, it is like the oasis in the middle of the green surroundings of the town of Macerata. Just a few kilometres from the town itself, very comfortable to reach the centre, and, on the other hand, so peaceful that you can sleep like a dog! The owners pay much attention to every detail, I have never seen such a precision in the cleanness and in the decoration of every detail; you can see that they study each detail present in the room to the perfection only to make the stay of the tourist as pleasant and as comfortable as it may be! You will find all the necessary information about the town and the surroundings (provided in a written form by the owner), as well as the book on the city itself (very interesting! Tip: I suggest you to read it carefully, will find very interesting information!) written by the owner with amazing photos of the place. The place itself is very clean and full of sun, as well as separated from the owners' flat so that you can stay comfortably. But most of all, it is the kindness of the owners that counts, and delicious food (home-made cookies, marmalade, etc.) by the owners. On the other hand, they never bother guests and let you all the freedom you need! Amazing! ... made us feel welcome and at home from the very instant we reached the Girasole B&B.||||Teresa and Roberto are excellent hosts with an eye for details and helpful in every regard. They made our one-week stay a very remarkable and pleasant experience, which we hope to have again in the future! ||||Both of the rooms were quiet, lovely and cosy (and due to the thick walls of the house also very cool during hot summer-days). We have stayed at many places but never been looked after so well by such friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble and they offered all kinds of help and support.||The rooms are large, as is the kitchen, and everything is of high quality. We found ourselves in the downstairs of a happy family home, but with our own place. Roberto would slip into the kitchen to drop off delicious homemade cakes, homegrown tomatoes etc., and was always available to help or advise.||They have cats and a lovely old dog, The countryside around is so beautiful, with tiny medieval towns and glorious views, and the B&B is just a mile or so from Macerata, a good-sized town.||The beach is not too far away if needed, but we found the villa and environs did us just fine!||Of course it scored on the vital things, a good shower and wifi, but Girasole and the Cherubini household made it all...
