I Pini House — Hotel in Magione

We stayed in this house in May this year. The house is fantastic. The grounds it sits in are fantastic. The amount of space you have there, both inside and outside, is fantastic. I have never stayed at a house with an inventory so expansive. Everything you could possibly need in a holiday home is there, to hand or in a drawer or cupboard, and if you do need any assistance, the hosts Silvio and Manuel are always at the end of a phone/WhatsApp. The outdoor area is equally well-equipped. There are sunbeds, a swinging chair, numerous tables and chairs, a barbeque, and table tennis, bar football for entertainment. Inside, there is so much room, and six people could easily stay there and not feel as if they are on top of one another. The walls are filled with Manuel’s superb personal artwork, and the attention to detail inside and outside is amazing. The whole place is lovingly well designed and kept and is an absolute credit to the owners. Also, the whole of the extensive grounds are well-fenced, and this makes it a safe environment for a dog (our dog absolutely loved the place).

Locally, in Magione and within a few minutes’ drive, there are some really nice restaurants (all dog friendly) and a little further afield are Passignano and Castiglione, also with nice restaurants. Just a little further are the likes of Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Bevagna and Montefalco, all places worthy of spending some time. Also within a few minutes’ drive are no less than three supermarkets (Gala’s the best one of these overall – Eurospin for cheaper but good quality beer and wine).

Super!!! Villetta indipendente meravigliosa con un giardino immenso tutto recintato preso come un parco giochi x il mio cucciolone di 50kg!:) Posizione ottima vicina a tutte le località più belle della zona facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti di auto. E poi il TOP loro i due fratelli Silvio e Manuel favolosi! Gentilissimi disponibili attenti ad ogni esigenza del cliente pronti ad accoglierti all'arrivo lasciarti tutta la libertà e privacy certi comunque di poter contare su di loro x eventuali necessità e pronti a salutarti il giorno della partenza ed accertarsi che il soggiorno sia andato tutto bene..siete davvero super! Grazie di cuore x tutto Silvio e Manuel ..abbiamo passato un soggiorno...

Una casa in collina in mezzo al verde a pochi km da tutti i servizi e a 10 minuti dal lago Trasimeno. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cagnolone in questa graziosissima casa indipendente , curata e corredata di tutto, ma proprio tutto il necessario per vivere una bella vacanza circondata dal verde, con grandi spazi esterni totalmente recintati e anch’essi curati e corredati. 5 stelle meritatissime anche per la simpatia e la disponibilità dei proprietari- i fratelli Silvio e Manuel- conosciuti in occasione del ns arrivo e piacevolmente rivisti al momento...
