Good: Super quiet with a huge green garden and a very very good breakfast!||Bad: It's far from everything.||||Here is the most important thing: If you will not have a car, forget it. You must have a car to stay in this place. The hotel is really far from "everything". There is nothing nearby. ||||BUT, it is in the middle of beautiful fields and has its own huge green garden with flowers and ducks that occasionally show up. :) It is so quiet and spacious once you get used to it (we stayed just a week), the city feels too crowded already! With a car, it is super easy to get to Venice. I would say staying here is definitely way nicer than staying in the crammed hotels of Venice. They also have a pool and a very good breakfast that we were looking forward every morning. (Not to mention the super nice breakfast staff!)||||The rooms have a super basic design. Just functional, not pretty or anything. Also - the hotel is not run like a regular hotel. After the breakfast and cleaning is over, there is no single personnel on sight. Was here years ago, good place to stay for the price you pay. After our last stay in September 2018 we will definitely not come back anymore. The whole hotel was empty, only us and one more family, still we got a room very close to the breakfast area, which we did not see as a disadvantage at the beginning. Next morning at 6.30 am there was a big noice from the workers who were getting the breakfast ready, radio and the workers talking very loud. It seemed there is no wall between us and the outside area. Highlight was at 7.00 am when a unbelievable noice started, don't know exactly what it was, either grass mower or something similar, but extremely lloud. Last bad exprience we've had at breakfast, nobody there, still everthing took hours and no selection at all. The entire breakfast staff is very poor in service and quality. This place was a good price value but...

Premetto che io e mia Moglie abbiamo provato il ristorante un paio di volte fra dicembre e gennaio su consiglio di parenti, prima di prenotare per il pranzo di prima Comunione di nostra figlia. Inutile dire che l'impressione é stata eccellente per quanto riguarda la cucina, la location e in particolare la qualità dei prodotti offerti.........altrimenti non avremmo prenotato.......Prendiamo accordi verbali in attesa di menu scritto con offerta economica da parte loro.......e qui cominciano i problemi: infatti sembra che per vicessitudini interne la nostra richiesta venga delegata ad altre persone e quindi accumuli ritardo; arriviamo a definitiva conferma della prenotazione dopo un paio di mesi, alcune telefonate e qualche e-mail......e il tutto avrebbe forse dovuto farci riflettere. Arrivati al giorno fatidico, di quanto accordato e provato mesi prima sembra rimasto poco:......tavoli addirittura senza cestini del pane, antipasti palesemente scaldati, primi scarsi....tanto da correre ai ripari e segnalarlo al responsabile di sala......vino bianco assente.....fiori di zucca (aggiunti da loro pochi giorni prima e per i quali esiste corrispondenza via e-mail) mai portati......amari mai nemmeno arrivati, problemi anche per i menù bimbi con il prosciutto fatto arrivare solo dopo richiesta......la sensazione é stata quella pessima di un pranzo organizzato al risparmio e all'ultimo momento. Gli stessi famigliari che ci avevano consigliato e che erano già stati presso di loro per eventi simili sono rimasti sorpresi negativamente......tanto da arrivare a scusarsi per il consiglio dato in buona fede..... Per correttezza devo segnalare che avvisato il responsabile di sala almeno per i piatti rimanenti sono stati proposti dei bis per chi ne avesse fatto richiesta.... Il servizio approssimativo.......avevamo un solo menu vegetariano e comunque ci sono stati errori su questo.... Il responsabile di sala sembrava abbastanza scocciato dalle mie rimostranze......e anche se avvisato per tempo non é riuscito a risollevare le sorti della performance. In conclusione il posto in sé é un paradiso.....la cucina potrebbe eccellere per la qualità dei prodotti....ma rimane al palo perché sul servizio e sulla gestione del rapporto con i clienti hanno secondo la mia opinione ancora molto da...
