Hotel l'Ulivo — Hotel in Mirabella Eclano

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. What was meant to be a relaxing visit quickly turned into an absolute nightmare due to the deplorable conditions and unacceptable safety hazards present throughout the property.||Upon arrival, I was greeted with a sweltering reception area that had no functioning air conditioning – an immediate red flag. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was switched off at check-in, leaving it unbearably hot and uncomfortable.||The condition of the room itself was beyond unacceptable. The toilet literally detached from the wall, causing a temporary flooding situation. The mattress was in such deplorable condition that it was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.||The deck area was littered with construction debris, creating a dangerous environment – especially concerning since I was traveling with my 8-year-old child. The elevator was unbearably hot and agonizingly slow, adding yet another level of frustration to our stay.||The pool area was a disgrace. Construction debris was scattered everywhere, the amenities were in shambles, and the pool bathrooms were filthy with trash strewn around. The pool walkways were slick and green with algae, making them both unsightly...

We spent one night here in June 2017 and we had a lovely stay. We had a room booked for 4 people, and they very nicely gave us two rooms instead for the same price. We had lovely drinks on our balcony brought to us, and presented very nicely. The view was absolutely incredible, and the staff were incredible. They did not speak much english but tried very hard. We had dinner at the hotel and it was awesome, we had a huge platter of meats, cheese, and various other local delicacies to start. We then had lovely veal with lemon sauce and all the trimmings. A lovely, traditional family run hotel. Good sized rooms and very clean. safe car parking. Fabulous views over the region. Lots of spacious lounges and areas to relax inside and outside. ||We were visiting out of pool season but pool complex is large and very inviting, with a lovely sun terrace. Dinner is traditional with local produce, owner makes his own olive oil and red wine. both which are highly recommended. ||This place is a gem in region well...
