Casale Verderame Residence — Hotel in Misiliscemi

My family and I spent six days here and I must say our stay was absolutely perfect. Rooms are large and clean, air conditioning works silently, beds are large and comfortable, the garden with its swimming pool is beautiful, breakfasts with handmade cakes and salami. But most of all I must congratulate with Valeria, the owner, who runs the business with much competence, always ready to satisfy our requests and to give us the right advice as how to have dinner (she has a list of all best restaurants and trattorie ) or to go for a trip with a boat. By the way I warmly suggest you to visit the islands Favignana and Levanzo with the boat named Caicco leaving from Trapani harbour, and the Zingaro Natural Park with a private boat owned by Barraco leaving from San Vito Lo Capo (ask Valeria for details). I wish Valeria and her staff...

We LOVE Valeria and here "casale Verderame Residence". Perfect breakfast and very nice and clean rooms. ||When we arrived Valeria took the time to show us pictures of Ericé, trapani,...and she gave us tips for trips, restaurants and parking places.||She is absolutely the best host we ever had and everytime we came back from our trip around 23:00 she was still busy baking the cakes for the day after.||In 10 minutes (with car) you are in trapani to visit the islands, Trapani center, ericé, Marsala,...||Stop looking and book at "Casala...

DISPONIBILITÀ DELLA PROPRIETARIA PARI A ZERO!!

Avevamo prenotato con largo anticipo una tripla con soggiorno per una sola notte del 20 Agosto. Il tutto é stato programmato per passare una giornata in pieno relax in piscina insieme a nostro figlio. Purtroppo le condizioni del meteo si sono ribaltate notevolmente portando una condizione climatica non favorevole che é stata anche segnalata dalla protezione civile come ‘condizioni meteo avverse’ (vedi foto). Ho avvisato in anticipo e chiesto più volte alla proprietaria se era possibile spostare la giornata in una più consona alle sue disponibilità. Mi é stata rifiutata la richiesta in quanto non ragionevole.. le ho spiegato più volte che non avremmo potuto usufruire della piscina ed era quello il motivo principale per cui andavamo con nostro figlio e mi é stato detto che per la ‘pioggerelellina’ non si poteva fare nulla. Bene, pur di incassare 60€ di cauzione a vuoto ha perso dei probabili clienti futuri… Rispondo alla carissima Sig.ra che commenta la mia recensione e solo adesso é FINALMENTE cortese per dare una buona impressione, che la possibilità a cui lei si riferisce NON mi é stata mai prospettata nonostante le mie molteplici richieste non mostrando neppur il minimo interesse. La mia richiesta era infatti, LO RIPETO, di posticipare in una giornata più comoda e disponibile per lei, ma mi é stato detto CHIARAMENTE, che non si poteva fare nulla!!
