Idilliacoinn — Hotel in Motta Sant'Anastasia

We stayed here as a base to visit etnaland. It is in fact a 60 euro round trip in a taxi to the theme park. No buses as far as I could see to Etnaland., we realised there is no close bus stop into Catania .Its a long walk to one.. The nearest train station ro Catania is misterbianco. The reason we gave this little B and B 5 stars is the niceness of the owner Carmelo and Staff as well as the cleanliness and the epic eateries locally. We had the best night of our 9 day holiday in an epic pizzeria walking distance from here. Think 4 euro for a fab margherita pizza. Delis locally so reasonable.. the real italy where the locals hang out. Carmelo arranged a taxi man to get us to Etna and back ( Massimo - such a nice man ). It was a great 2 days.. the breakfast is pretty basic but is ok too ( in fairness the rate is very reasonable) . We would stay here again to visit this lovely...

I cannot explain how perfect was this place! I was bit afraid because is a bit far from the city center but we couldn’t choose better. The room was extremely big and clean, the dog they have was the cutest dog in the world, Carmelo was completely friendly, helped me to find manicure, bought extra stuffs for the breakfast I asked for and didn’t charge for that, everyday was available if we needed anything. Next time I’m coming with my husband I’ll stay there...

A beautiful and comfortable B&B. The breakfast was really good. Fresh croissants, biscuits and a nice cappuccino. There were plenty of choices for breakfast to choose from. The rooms are big and the mattress is very comfortable. Cleanliness is top. The host is a very nice person and Betty is a very charming dog you cannot help falling in love with her. Thank you for making our stay special. We look forward to...
