Antico Figher — Hotel in Musile di Piave

In fact, it is at the end of a long two track.||This place is beautiful. The old 3 story building has been completely remodeled. They have kept the old world charm, but upgraded everything. The windows and doors are all new, but look antique. The hardwood floors, ceramic bathrooms and rough timber beams in the cathedral ceilings (top floor) are all done well. Everything is spotlessly clean and inviting. The patio, yard, entry way, lobby and dining room are all lovely and well maintained. This would be ideal for groups and large families. It is about 30 minutes out of Venice and is in the middle of the Italian country side. ||They have 10 rooms. They are large by European standards. The beds are more firm than I like. All have their own bathrooms. Like many B&Bs, the decor is homey and tasteful and the furnishings spartan. There is no TV, phone or clock. Frankly, they would not fit into the ambiance. Service was good and their grasp of English was far better than average. Italians are not known for embracing it. They offered us each a bottle of wine from their own vineyard as we checked out.||Just a few negatives:||Breakfast was rolls and jam, coffee, cappuccino and tea. That’s it. Substandard for B&Bs.||It is difficult to find because of nearby road closings, but in time our GPS got us to it and their signage is good.||They have 2 wifi hubs but will not give you the password for either. I came down early before breakfast to get some work done and was flatly refused.||Agriturismo Antico Figher is a delightful opposite from the crowds, jostle and noise of Venice. My wife wants me to give them a 5, but I like to reserve that for the truly outstanding, and, 2 of those negatives were important to me. I recommend it to you and will use again if the will...

IT ||Location: A 20 minuti dal centro di Jesolo, la Locanda Antico Figher offre soggiorni di pace nella tranquillità e nella quiete della natura che la circonda. ||||Camere: Le camere e i rispettivi bagni sono comodi, spaziosi, con arredi antichi ma molto ben tenuti. Pulizia ed accoglienza impeccabili. ||||Ospitalità: La famiglia che gestisce la Locanda è disponibilissima, super cordiale, simpatica...insomma, tutto quello che si cerca in un soggiorno perfetto! ||||Cibo: La colazione a buffet non era da meno: l'ampia scelta gastronomica variava dal dolce al salato, per i gusti e i palati di tutti! Non abbiamo pranzato/cenato nella struttura, ma godono di un ampio spazio sia interno che esterno dedicato ai pranzi e alle cene.||||Animali: L'Agriturismo dispone anche di un cortile con caprette, un pollaio, e altri animali da fattoria. Cleaning and hospitality were flawless.||||Hospitality: The family who manage this Locanda is super willing and helpful, really caring and pleasant...everything we search for a perfect vacation!||||Food: A buffet breakfast completed our journey with both sweet and salty delicacies. We didn't have lunch/dinner in there, but they have a wide place dedicated inside and outside.||||Animals: The Agritourism has a yard, with courtyard animals such as goats, chicken etc. Obviusly pet are welcome here.||||FR||Position: A' 20 minutes de Jesolo, la Locanda donne séjour en paix pour la tranquillité de la nature autour.||||Chambres: La chambre et sa salle de bain sont spacieuses et confortables, avec ancienne meubles mais parfaitement maintenu. Nettoyage et hospitalité parfait.||||Hospitalité: La famille qui dirige la Locanda est trés disponible et amusant, aimable et agréable...tous que personne cherche dans un sejour parfait!||||Cuisine: Le petit-déjouner avec doux et salé est un buffet. Nous n'avons pas déjouné ici, mais ils ont un grand lieu interne et à l'exterieur ou personne peut manger.||||Animaux: L'Agrotourisme a une cour avec des chèvres, un poulailler et autre animaux. We stopped at Antico Figher on-route to Trieste.||Excellent value for money. ||The rooms were great, quite basic but very comfortable and extremely clean but the B&B is situated in a really calm and peaceful location.||We arrived really late but they were very welcoming and provided everything we needed.
