Residence Mareblu — Hotel in Nocera Terinese

It was our first time in Italy, and we were pleasantly impressed. We chose Residence MAREBLU after reading the reviews others had left before us. We like places that are not very crowded, quiet, and allow us to visit other attractions nearby. Residence MAREBLU offered exactly what we were looking for: peace and a beautiful view. From the balcony of our apartment, we could see both the blue sea to the left and, to the right, a stunning view of mountains covered with green trees.

From here, you can reach the sea in less than a five-minute walk, and the supermarket is just two minutes away by car. There are also cafés and small restaurants nearby. If you have a car, you can visit many places — we went into the mountains and saw waterfalls with cold, crystal-clear water, visited old castles, and enjoyed the thermal baths, where the water was very warm. In these wonderful forests, the children rode the bobsleigh, and we took a ride on the gondola.

The beach near the Residence is clean, warm, and not very crowded. As for the owners, they are wonderful, smiling people, always ready to provide anything you need and to share information about places to visit. The apartment is well-maintained and clean.

In short, I highly recommend it to those who like to combine days at the beach with mountain hikes, and also to families with children. Our kids were already asking us when we would come back —...

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Residence mio marito, il bimbo di 2 anni ed io due notti. La casa era capiente abbastanza per una famigliola come la nostra. Il bagno abbastanza grande fornito di lavatrice e un grande terrazzo dove consumare i pasti.||Staff qualificato e disponibile telefonicamente anche nelle ore notturne. ||La cucina è a gas (con la bombola) e nel bagno c'è lo scaldabagno. Tv a colori con decoder e ventilatore.||Nelle ore notturne si è riposato bene, baccano pari a zero; mentre nelle ore diurne, mi riferisco al pomeriggio presto, c'erano dei bimbi che schiamazzavano e sono stati subito invitati dal proprietario ad abbassare la voce. Un grande insomma!||L'appartamento, in base all'odore che c'era, era rimasto chiuso da tempo e quindi c'era un sacco di polvere. ||Si accede alla spiaggia (immensa! =)) attraverso un sottopassaggio ed una bellissima passeggiata. Peccato che in quei giorni il mare fosse sporco e quindi ci siamo solo respirati l'aria ma mai...

Ci è stato assegnato un bilocale al piano terra con uno spazio esterno funzionale per poter mangiare fuori e fare babecue ma essendo 1 soltanto messo a disposizione di tutto il residence era in condizioni veramente pietose con griglia lurida e arrugginita, quindi siamo stati costretti a comprarlo. Per non parlare degli interni, mobili che cadono a pezzi e pulizia inesistente, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutto perché c'era grasso ovunque. Unica nota positiva il MARE , bellissimo, ma per raggiungerlo c'e da fare un bel tratto a piedi sotto il sole. Per quanto riguarda la vicinanza ai supermercati o uscite di sera bisogna prendere per forza l'auto a piedi c'è il nulla piu totale, sarebbe comoda la bici ma se si ha la possibilità di portarsi la propria perché li non sanno proprio cosa significa noleggiare...
