Albergo Istellas — Hotel in Nurri

When you arrive to this place the road is awful its like going down a roller coaster but the view of the lake is nice. ||When you arrive to the place it is a remote place but very much up to standard the staff speak little to no English but can understand you eventually if you can know some basic Italian words and will do what they can to help. ||When we got to our room it was very good and very much up to standard with the rooms cleaned daily.||The dining area is located down stairs and is up to standard in my view I thought the food was amazing the breakfast was the same every day but lunch and dinner was different everyday according to the chef it is only typical Sardinian food but the nicest Sardinian food I ever tasted for my first time in Itlay. ||The pool area is quite average some of the sunbeds were broken so I just sat on the grass, the pool could have been cleaned a bit better so im a little disappointed here.||A truly amazing place love to go...

It's a realy nice property, a place where you can have at least a week of relaxation and peace beetwen high hills and exactly next to a very beatiful lake. Realy nice and helpfull staff. They not talk realy good enghlish but they compensate by the joy and happiness.||Really worth visiting at least once in a life time to experience the really country life of Sardinia. A bit bad the access but you can have a lot of busses in the area or you can rent a car from Cagliari to get here. Don't let you down by the a bit hard accessibility, its' worth it!...

una stella solo per la bellissima vista, ma per il servizio non ne avrei messa neanche mezza, prima e ultima volta in questo posto. abbiamo fatto un pranzo in famiglia per capodanno, peccato che i ravioli ci sono arrivati congelati all'interno e la carne ancora cruda con il sangue che colava, per non parlare delle quantità, 5/6 pezzi che erano per lo più ossa e nient'altro, e siamo arrivati al punto da dover chiedere il bis poiché quasi nessuno ne aveva mangiato. se si hanno bambini è meglio non metterci piede perché se osano muoversi o fare "cose da bambini" come disegnare su un semplice foglio, subito vengono sgridati come se stessero disegnando sui muri. al momento del pagamento la "gentilissima" titolare, ha deciso di far pagare il bis della carne come se alla prima portata ce ne fosse stata, e aumentando il prezzo ai bambini nonostante avessero 3/5/9 anni, con tanto di "ma il bambino ha preso i ravioli e non la pasta" e qui mi chiedo, come mai non è stato fatto lo stesso discorso per gli adulti che hanno mangiato la pasta...mangiano forse in modo diverso? titolare sgarbata con i clienti arrivando al punto di irritarsi e alzare la voce di fronte anche ad altri clienti, sarebbe il caso di moderare i toni. servizio veramente pessimo, capodanno rovinato, sicuramente non ci rimetteremo piede, peccato per il posto perché è...
