Case Vacanze Green Park Country Lodge Olbia — Hotel in Olbia

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Sardinia and we couldn't be happier about our choice of accommodation. Green Park Country Lodge was the perfect base to explore the area and have a truly relaxing holiday away from the noise and busyness of everyday life. Only a few apartments in the compound which was perfect for us. They are comfortable and have the most amazing views, completely quiet, super clean, very large and comfy bed in the main bedroom. The pool area was great, huge pool in a lovely garden, which we spent many hours enjoying. As for the hosts, Pietro and Iana are just amazing... so friendly, kind, and helpful, very responsive and happy to make recommendations but also respectful of your privacy. We spent 3 beautiful weeks with our 2 year old daughter at Green Park Country Lodge and we had the best time. Pietro and his wife Iana are great hosts, we felt very welcome and they were there for us whenever we needed anything. The place is well taken care of, we enjoyed lots of days by the pool and every evening on the terrace surrounded by its beautiful nature. It was the perfect mix of having privacy and being able to connect with other guests and there kids if we felt like it. The boats tour Pietro and Antonello organized was one of our highlights - swimming in the most beautiful secret spots and eating fresh sea urchins, we had the best time. Pros: La ubicación del hotel en mitad del monte hace que toda la parcela sea muy tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para desconectar de la ciudad y ver las estrellas de noche. Cuenta con una piscina bastante grande y bien mantenida con tumbonas y una zona de recreo con sofás protegida del sol. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y ordenadas. Pietro, el dueño, se mostró a disposición en todo momento tanto por chat como en persona.

Contras: El acceso a la parcela en mitad del monte resulta complicado si no se tiene un todoterreno, dado que el camino es de grava y bacheado. Las instalaciones comunes del alojamiento en general estaban bastante venidas a menos, con un deterioro evidente: la mesa de billar tenía el tapete roto y los palos incompletos; la mesa de ping pong estaba deformada y las palas podridas; bicicletas totalmente oxidadas; el camino de la piscina a la pérgola hecho con planchas de madera podridas y con tornillos saliendo; la pérgola con muchas telarañas, etc. Da un aspecto de que no les hacen mantenimiento por falta de clientes. En cuanto al piso, es un poco pequeño y no le llega la señal del wifi. La ducha del baño funcionaba con dificultad y el aire acondicionado tenía una restricción de horario y temperatura (con el pretexto de la crisis energética y el cambio climático) que limitaba bastante el uso nocturno. Lo que más nos molestó fue que Pietro nos cobró 80€ por fuera de la aplicación en concepto de limpieza (dato que solo menciona por mensaje privado una vez hecha la reserva en la plataforma) y solo hacen la limpieza al final de la estancia. En dicho mensaje también pide 100€ de fianza y además una transferencia bancaria de 300€ en las primeras 48h para afianzar la reserva.
