Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and opened up to stunning views of Franciacorta’s lush landscapes and vineyards. Each morning, the breakfast spread was a delight—fresh, flavorful, and filled with local treats that energized us for a day of exploring.

Read morePurtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene in questa struttura. Le camere vecchie, pulite male e usurate. Si sente il rumore dell’autostrada e delle stanze accanto. Alla reception il personale è impreparato e poco gentile. Elenco alcuni esempi per essere chiari: Al momento del pagamento mi viene posta la domanda: “quanto mi devi pagare?” Alla mia richiesta sull’orario del checkout la risposta è stata “boh !?! 10-11!?!” Alla mia richiesta di una ricevuta di pagamento, (avvenuto in quel momento), la risposta è stata:te l’ho data ieri… Ho pagato in cash, non avevano 20 euro di resto da darmi che hanno arrangiato in monetine da 20ct. Purtroppo in tutto ciò ci sono state delle problematiche con il pagamento, che la persona alla reception non ha saputo risolvere (diventando parecchio scortese), abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il responsabile che è stato molto più gentile e accomodante, anche se purtroppo, ad oggi rimane poco professionale scrivendomi in privato su whatsapp lamentandosi dopo una recensione negativa lasciata su Booking. La colazione a prima vista ti fa risollevare da una notte poco confortevole, quando peró ti avvicini alle tazze del caffè/the e cerchi disperatamente di trovarne una pulita, non impolverata o appiccicosa, ti passa la fantasia di fare colazione.
