Berggasthof Trattes — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Barbara and Franz Joseph run this small hotel (10 rooms) close to the cable car station of Marchner at the ski resort Kronplatz (Plan De Corones). We returned there after 5 years just to find the same warm ambience we left a few years before, and we enjoyed it so much, that we have already booked for the next year. The rooms are not very big, especially for families with 3 kids like ours but they are clean and warm as the rest of the hotel. The food is excellent and Barbara is always ready to help and very communicative. I would recommend this hotel for his beautiful position and excellent service. It doesn't offer saunas, swimming pools or other extras and the internet connection is not the best. But if you like food, need to relax then this place is the right choice. We have been at Trettes several times in the past 10 years and we'll continue to go there in the future simply because Barbara and Frantz (and their parents before them) are so niceand the place so welcoming (not speaking about the amazing food) that we simply cannot resist from going there. The hotel is located just a few hundred meters from Marchner ski lift station in a quiet area surrounded by woods. The rooms are warm and comfortable. Siamo tornati per il secondo anno con i ns due ragazzi una settimana tra fine gennaio e inizio febbraio e ci siamo trovati nuovamente benissimo superando le altissime aspettative create dal primo soggiorno. Barbara e lo chef Franz Josef sono stati come sempre bravissimi e disponibilissimi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa: gentilissimi, sempre sorridenti e attenti a ogni esigenza dando un ottimo servizio sia come livello di pulizia sia come confort grazie anche alla grande cura dei dettagli. La cucina è inoltre di ottimo livello sia nell'abbondante e varia colazione (7/8 tipi di pane appena sfornato!), sia nelle cene con piatti tipici locali con elevata qualità delle materie prime e ottimamente cucinati! Si percepisce una passione per il proprio lavoro oltre il normale sia di Barbara sia di Franz Josef che si traduce in un servizio eccellente.
