Fantastic Experience at Lanerhof!

I have been coming to the beautiful Lanerhof for years, and it never ceases to amaze me. This time, I had booked one of their other accommodations, but unfortunately, it was later canceled. I feared our vacation would be ruined, but the Winkler family and their team did everything they could to ensure we could still enjoy a carefree holiday at Lanerhof. What a service! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts. The accommodation itself is beautifully maintained and offers a wide range of facilities. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The wellness facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of saunas, pools, and relaxation areas. The food was excellent, with an extensive selection of South Tyrolean and Mediterranean dishes. The New Year’s event was an absolute highlight, perfectly organized and very atmospheric. Everything was meticulously taken care of, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Lanerhof to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.

We have been going to the Lanerhof for the past 10 years or more - we have also experienced the incredible Chalet Purmontes, and the excellent five star Winkler Hotel. All of a high standard and excellent value for money. The warm, family, friendly atmosphere not only is evident with all members of staff, but we find that this warmth and friendliness is contagious amongst the guests - so many good conversations around the fire in the evening over a glass of excellent wine. The restaurant is varied, creative and catering for all tastes; the spa facilities excellent; kids club, the little farm, the impressive stables, tiny details like the beautiful little physic garden are just a few of the many things that guests can enjoy. Generosity, friendliness and hospitality abound at the Winkler family's hotels. As our 7 year old son commented, 'The Winklers really know kids!' (and we adults think the same about us). Even our dog, Heidi, never wants to leave! Until the next time whether for the excellent skiing, biking in the summer, hiking, or simply relaxing - we can't wait...

Wir waren im Januar 2024 für eine Woche im Hotel Lahnerhof. Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt, nach einem Besuch im letzen Jahr, dort.

Das Hotel hat alle unsere Erwartungen (wiedereinmal) erfüllt.

Die Reservierung klappt über die Onlinebuchung perfekt - gleichzeitig kann man aber auch jederzeit dort anrufen und bekommt immer kompetente Hilfe bzw. Rat.

Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade bekommen und waren daher in der nagelneuen Suite MOUNTAIN LIVING untergebracht. Das Zimmer war hochwertigst ausgestattet, absolut sauber und wunderschön. Der Blick vom Balkon war fantastisch, die Betten sehr gut (mit großer Kissenauswahl), die Couch bequem, das Bad modern und auf dem neuesten Standard. Der Fernseher war schwenkbar, sodass man überall perfekt Fernsehschauen konnte. Ein absoluter Blickfang war der Schrank, der viel Platz für die Kleidung bot. Das WC war vom Bad getrennt. Insgesamt ein hochmodernes, top ausgestattetes Zimmer - hier blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Besondere Erwähung soll und muss der absolut perfekte Shuttleservice zum Skigebiet Kronplatz finden - komfortabeler geht es nicht. Dieser perfekt organisierte Shuttelservice war ein Grund, weshalb wir wieder gebucht haben. Kaum kommt man aus dem Skikeller steht ein kleiner Shuttlebus zur Verfügung, der einen in circa 10 Minuten direkt zum Einstieg in das Skigebiet bringt. Am Nachmittag wartet man ebenfalls meist nur wenige Minuten, bis man zurückgeschuttelt wird (meistens steht ein Fahrer bereits am Abholort - sollte dies einmal nicht der Fall sein, kann man jederzeit im Hotel anrufen - dann wird sofort jemand losgeschickt).

Der Wellnessbereich ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir nutzen keine Saunen, deswegen kann ich hierzu wenig sagen. Aber die Poollandschaft ist schön und sauber und vollkommen ausreichend für uns, dir wir tagsüber Skifahren.

Das Essen ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns, dass das Hotel aktiv versucht Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden. So gibt es übriggebliebene Desserts vom Vortag meist noch einmal zur Nachmittagsjause - selbstverständlich neben neuen Leckereien, damit jeder etwas findet. Das ist uns wirklich sehr positiv aufgefallen (und so hatte man die Möglichkeit Desserts nochmal zu probieren, weil man am Abend davor einfach voll war). Wie gesagt - hier waren wir sehr positiv überrascht bzw. das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Zum Abendessen gibt es meist ein Vier-Gänge-Menü mit einem Salatbuffet vorweg und einem Nachspeisen-/Käse-Buffet hinterher. Also quasi 6-Gänge. Auch wird ein spezielles Kinderbuffet angeboten, in denen es sowohl Buffetspeisen wie auch frisch von einem Koch zubereitete Speisen gibt. Also auch top für Kinder (so schätzen wir es zumindest ein).

Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
