A group of six of us purchased their cycling package in late May.
They offer maps (not digital) covering six routes from the hotel from 40k to 150k. Marco is very helpful and seems to do just about everything. It is located in a remote village 2.5 km up a hill so if you, like us, where there for cycling expect a stinger in the tail.
The staff is very friendly and helpful but don’t speak English so if you don’t speak German or Italian you may have some challenges.
The rooms are nice, especially for the price. I stayed in the second cheapest room and it was quite spacious. Wifi was strong enough to watch YouTube. The breakfast buffet is decent, standard European breakfast with a boiled or scrambled egg option. Dinner salad buffet is okay but not much variety.
Two appetizer, entree and dessert options every night. You need to select them at breakfast. Daily laundry of cycling gear is prompt and easy. Energy bars (banana flavoured!!) and sport drinks provided daily. Possible improvements: offering van support on rides to carry our gear to the cold mountain...

There is a deep silence in this location which made it very easy to get a good night's sleep, and it is a wonderful contrast to life in the city. ||I appreciated how cosy and warm the hotel was compared to the snowy winter weather outside, especially the heated towel rail in the ensuite bathroom which helped dry off any damp clothes. ||The food is hearty and plentiful, ideal if you have been out all day skiing or hiking. There is a buffet breakfast, with a broad variety, and a sit-down dinner each day, with options you can choose from in the morning. The hotel also offers a free sauna from 4pm-7pm (if I remember the timings correctly). ||There is a bus stop outside, and a free local bus pass was provided by the hotel for the duration...
