we booked 2 nights at relax&venice - we thought it would be a lovely experience - it is a nice house when you arrive - we arrived and the welcome was very warm and friendly, he gave us a good tip to visit Burano by boat - it was 11h30 ans the rooms were not ready yet, nor poblem, we went to visit Venice. when we came back the rooms were available: 1 room with balcony and not a real bathroom, toilet and douche is in the same cabine - the other room was bigger and had a real bathroom - but when we booked it was mentioned airconditionning and it is not a real airco, it is a machine that makes a lot of noice with a tube to the exterior and that also means that when you don't activate it it becomes imediately very warm in the room - there were also a lot of muskito's and the screen curtains where brook with some holes in it - in the night there was also a lot of noice, that it is something that the owners can do something about it but there is also nobody of the staff available - the pool was ok but it is open from 9 o clock and they started cleaning it just before that time also - when we said we wanted t o leave they proposed us another room but we were so dissapointed that we left and lost money - we really hoped that we would have a very nice experience for the price we paid ( 320 euro for 2 nights for 4 people, no...
