Casa Cristina — Hotel in Quartu Sant'Aleni/Quartu Sant'Elena

This was my first experience with private apartment like Airbnb: previously I had only used hotel services. And everything happened wonderfully and this time also. Me and my Boyfriend was very happy ther.

I will describe it in more detail point by point:

Location: the apartment is located in the Saint Helena quarter, which is 30 min with the bus from the center of Cagliari. The area itself is not bad: shops, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop 5 min. walking distance. Outside are enough places to park a car near the house. Poetto beach 5 min with the bus and 20 minutes to walk. Capitan's Beach (with white sand) 35 minutes with the bus, +- 20 minutes with the car. The area is quiet, 3 minutes from the main street. The supermarket is 4 minutes walk from the house, it has everything you need.

Apartment: not big, but well furnished, everything you need is there. The bedroom is very cozy and quiet, you couldn't hear your neighbors. The air conditioning is designed in such a way that it works for the entire apartment, so you don’t have to worry about the heat. There is a washing machine, iron, kettle, toaster, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils. Guests are also offered 2 beach towels with a bag and a beach umbrella, which is very good, because you don’t need to buy or take it with you. And, believe me, they will be useful to you. The view from the windows is onto a passing street, not much to see. But we mostly kept the windows half-open because the sun was shining mercilessly outside. The bathroom has all the necessary care products (soap, shower gel, shampoo).

Cleanliness: the apartment is very clean, there were no complaints. Yes, everything was not new, but functional and working.

Price: I would say even less than expected.

Apartment owner: Christina is very sweet and friendly. She was always ready to help us not only with housing, but also with free time. She gave us good advice about the best places to visit in the city and in the area itself. For which we are of course very grateful to her. We remained in contact with her throughout our stay.

Result: I'll give it 5 out of five, 10 out of ten. I recommend this location for visiting. Inexpensive and cozy, everything you need is there, 100% suitable for...

Casa Cristina jest apartamentem bardzo funkcjonalnym. Znajduje się tam wszystko czego potrzebujesz do wygodnego i miłego spędzenia urlopu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Właścicielka jest bardzo miła i pomocna, jeśli czegoś potrzebujesz. Casa Cristina znajduje się na południu Sardynii w Quartu Sant'Elena blisko Cagliari. Lotnisko Elmas w Cagliari jest położone około 20 minut od Casa Cristina. Nawet bez auta można tu funkcjonować, można iść pieszo na plażę Poetto, sklepy są blisko, jak również kawiarnie, bary i restauracje. Przystanki autobusowe są blisko, jeśli chcemy zrobić dalszą wycieczkę. Byliśmy tam już dwa razy na wakacjach w sierpniu i zawsze chętnie będziemy wracać do Casa Cristina. Dziękujemy...

W mieszkaniu Casa Cristina można spędzić uroczy urlop i czuć się jak w domu. Tu nic nam nie brakowało. Muszę też dodać, że mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste. Właścicielka jest uprzejma i pomocna, jeśli trzeba. Na plażę Poetto jest 1,5 km i można dojść pieszo, podziwiając przy okazji naturę Parco di Molentargius. Sklepy, kawiarnie, restauracje są blisko.
