The road leading to the property is in very poor condition and can be dangerous for the cars.

At check-in, you're left on your own. Instead of being welcomed or guided by someone, you're simply handed online a stack of documents to read and figure out everything yourself.

The cleaning staff is loud for hours every day, which makes it very hard to relax. Despite their constant presence, no room cleaning or service is provided during the stay, regardless of how long you have booked. You have to clean yourself, not even towels are changed.

The owner is unfriendly. E.g. before check-out, we received a warning that we would be reported to the booking platform if we didn’t clean the room thoroughly.

You can hear the neighbours very well and if they are loud you cannot relax. You can hear all conversations. Isolation is bad.

Great place for a relaxing holiday! Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and spacious, fully equipped apartments. The large pool with a comfortable lounge area was a big highlight – we especially appreciated that sunbeds and umbrellas were numbered and assigned to each apartment. A lovely touch: the staff had left cold water in the fridge, which was perfect after a hot journey.

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning – although there were two fans in the apartment, it was still quite hot when temperatures exceeded 30°C. Unfortunately, not all guests respected the quiet hours, and the staff didn’t seem to intervene when...

La nostra camera (appartamento n.7) era letteralmente invasa dalle cimici, più ne facevo uscire, più ne spuntavano. il motivo: l'appartamento dava sul bosco e a causa del caldo dei giorni precedenti, e freddo sopraggiunto poco dopo, hanno cercato riparo dentro il nostro appartamento. Abbiamo chiesto di poter esser spostati, ma la struttura era piena e quindi siamo stati costretti al checkout, dormendo una sola notte (non abbiamo chiuso occhio perche eravamo circondati dagli insetti), e trovando posto a 150km da li per il giorno successivo. la cosa che mi ha un po lasciato interdetto è il fatto che la governante ha detto che di questo problema si erano lamentati anche i clienti precedenti: mi sarei aspettato di essere almeno allertato dell'inconveniente, in modo da non presentarmi e cancellare la prenotazione. la prima notte l'ho pagata intera, nonostante tutto, la seconda notte invece non mi è stata fatta pagare, avendo fatto un checkout anticipato. la proprietaria si è offerta di farmi un prezzo "stracciato" per il "prossimo soggiorno". Oltre al rimborso (che è stato fatto) per la notte di cui non ho usufruito, avrei gradito uno sconto per il soggiorno fatto di una notte con quei disagi: il mio parere sarebbe stato molto diverso. mi dispiace molto, non ho mai fatto una recensione negativa e non credo sia colpa dei proprietari o della struttura per quello che mi è successo. la cosa che andava fatta, nelle corde e nelle possibilità dei gestori, sarebbe stato allertarmi in modo da poter evitare di vivere il disagio, o essere completamente (o quasi) rimborsato per la notte passata in...
