Residence Vallefiorita — Hotel in Rocchetta a Volturno

We exchanged our timeshare for a week here in a 2 bedroom apartment and had mixed feelings. ||||The apartment was very basic. One bedroom had bunkbeds which I would not have said were full adult size. There were 2 single sofas for sofa beds. Seating wise, there were the two single sofas and a dining table with hard benches/ chairs. The kitchen was tiny - a decent fridge and freezer and a hob - only tumblers for glasses. There was a good sized bathroom. We had a lovely view, but no balcony.||||The best points of the resort were the view (which was amazing) and the fact that, despite being up winding roads and quite remote, you could drive to Pompeii, the Amalfi coast and the Adriatic coast. We also drove to Venafro and caught a train to Rome. The takeaway pizzas were delicious. Everything was clean - although there were wild cats that came into the buildings at night. We had to ask for the wifi code - but once we had it, it worked (though slowly).||||We found that we were at a disadvantage being non-Italians. It would appear that many people return to their home resort each year and know each other well. There were loud get togethers on the terrace below our window every night. There appeared to be a lot of entertainment (though we did not use it). There was very loud music accompanying the water aerobics and children's disco each night. This could be avoided by closing the shutters, but there was no air - con, so you had to weigh up temperature vs peace! ||||We had difficulty parking at first, but discovered additional parking below the swimming pool (pass the resort and turn left). ||||As far as facilities went, there was a pool (swim cap compulsory), gym, restaurant and bar. We exchanged our timeshare for a week in Vallefiorita in September and were very disappointed with the apartment we were allocated which was a semi-basement. We had to make up our own bed but had to do the same in another apartment in Northern Italy, so perhaps this is standard practice in Italy. The bed was lumpy,grouting around the tiles in the kitchen area was dirty and the shower screens were mouldy in places. When we asked for more pillows they were brought promptly but the pillowcases had clearly not been washed or ironed as they were creased and had hairs on them! One of the bed sheets had holes in it! The kitchen was extremely basic and poorly equipped.||Having said all that, we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the view from the pool area was stunning. ||Although the location of the resort is quite remote it was within a couple of hours drive of Pompeii, the Amalfi Coast and Rome etc. A car...

Da ridere, una piscina alla quale puoi accedere solo durante alcune ore della giornata fortunatamente il Molise è una terra che offre tantissime sagre e tantissime festività è ricco di cultura quindi fortunatamente sia la macchina si può esplorare anche nei dintorni luoghi davvero molto interessante come esempio il museo delle guerre di rocchetta ma per quanto riguarda il residence pessimo 2 stelle giusto per la fortuna e perché era impostato in maniera abbastanza carina ma animazione perlomeno quando ci sono stato io pessima faccio molto molto meglio Io l'animatore in quanto l'ho provato a farle l'animatore in maniera così giocosa fortunatamente sono gli animatori sono stati molto educati e cortesi e ci siamo divertiti in quanto amicizia ma non in quanto nazione perché se sono molte persone anziane è più un villaggio famiglie che per ragazzi quindi sconsigliatissimo il bagno Idro puoi fare in piscina solamente durante alcune ore della giornatasolo un calcio balilla e oserei dire anche pessimo un tavolino da ping pong neanche professionale nulla di che non c'è una sala giochi il ristorante era chiuso prezzi del bar al di sopra della media veramente strutturato male pienissimo di insetti piena di animaletti scarafaggi insetti di moscerini lucertole comunque è vero si stanno il verde ma ciò non significa che bisogna stare nel router e specialmente nell'abitazione perdipiù zanzare vespe api ovunque per non parlare di allagamenti problemi di corto circuito e perdipiù in ultimo per mettere la ciliegina sulla torta un roditore nella doccia trovato l'ultimo giorno non si sa come si entrato almeno che i roditori ora non riescono a volare mi sembra alquanto improbabile perdipiù infatti si è ritrovato che dietro la torcia c'era un foro nel muro piccolino ma c'eraringrazio solamente il Molise perché Grazia e i suoi territori e ai suoi musei e alle sue abbazie mi ha fatto esplorare dei luoghi enormi ma ripeto se siete giovani e non siete automuniti sconsigliatissimo non sconsigliato ma sconsigliatissimo non ve lo consiglio neanche per idea il luogo è molto costoso ed è per famiglie spesso anziane quindi ve lo sconsiglio almeno che non siete una famiglia è anziana non andateci i prezzi sono molto elevati potete trovare molto molto meglio sono stato con i tempi d'oggi che ci sono i social...
