I highly recommend Fattoria dei Piani. I’ve always dreamed of learning how to make different types of pasta from an Italian and I’m beyond grateful it was this family who I learned from. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in pasta making you will learn some techniques and tips to enhance your level.
The way they cared for us trying to locate the home, accommodating our schedule, and the customer service was the best. The quality of the food products, her attention to detail, and her ability to demonstrate was first class & relatable. Irene was well organized and so kind.
She took the time with all 10 of us constantly going around helping you learn the craft. The ambiance was amazing and inviting. Completely impressed with her professionalism and willingness to answer questions. This night was the highlight of our trip to Sardinia that wasn’t...

We proceeded to enjoy wine and a fabulous lunch outside at a long table and a roaring fireplace. Irene, thank you so much for welcoming us into your home. Your class was the perfect way to kick off our Sardinian adventure. PS - classes are kept to approx 12 total for a more intimate feel. We were a group of eight and we were joined by one...

The class is held in a renovated stable, and Irene and her son were both very professional and kind. We had a ton of fun learning the different pasta shapes. They also surprised us with a small aperatif during the class.
Afterwards, we were treated to a delicious (large) lunch of antipasti, two pasta dishes that we made and a dessert, along with wine! We enjoyed our time so much, we stayed an extra hour chatting with the group! The two dogs were also super duper sweet. A definite highlight...
