La Panoramica Country House — Hotel in San Benedetto del Tronto

We found this place on line last minute, as we were visiting family nearby. They weren't officially opened until Easter, but they prepared two rooms for us. The rooms were clean and modern with towel warmers. The beds were comfortable. They were still planting flowers and doing some renovating. It is very close to town, but up on a hill with a nice view. When we left, we had to return our rental car, then go to the bus stop. They offered to take us, as it is a little confusing (for us foreigners) :-) And some streets were closed that day due to the public market. They were so nice and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for better service. When we return to the area again, we will definitely stay here. You come in as guests and...

We arrived unexpectedly on the 13th of June with no pre-booking and from then on counted ourselves lucky: the hospitality and service of our host Valentina, the owner Lauretane and their team, was above and beyond what could be expected. Even the steady guests were heart warmingly welcoming. The different rooms we stayed in were all squeaky clean and well furnished with all you needed. The swimmingpool and adjoining relax area was fantastic also. Diner and breakfast was delicious, sitting on the terrace overlooking the sea. Mi dilungo un po' perché ne vale la pena.|Ho trascorso con mia moglie una settimana in agosto presso la Country House La Panoramica a San benedetto del Tronto |Una bellissima esperienza, a partire dell'accoglienza simpatica e calorosa al check in, nonostante si fosse arrivati con largo anticipo rispetto agli orari previsti, con una ricca colazione assieme offerta dalla struttura.||L'assegnazione della camera è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa: pulita, funzionale, con terrazzino vista mare e soprattutto FRESCA!||In sistemazione mezza pensione abbiamo potuto apprezzare la vasta scelta a buffet della colazione (varie torte fatte in casa squisitissime e per tutti i gusti) mentre per la cena, nel dehor vista mare, una piacevolissima e gustosa alternanza di carne e pesce, accompagnati da verdure KM. zero e buon vino locale.||Il Team? tutti, a partire dalle ragazze addette alle camere al personale in servizio alle colazioni e cena , professionali , sempre attenti alle richieste del cliente e straordinariamente simpatici , il tutto sotto l'esperta guida di Lauretana e Valentina.||Parcheggio auto sempre assicurato all'interno della struttura, che si trova sì su una collina (con vista mare bellissima) ma non lontana da centri commerciali e spiaggia (in auto però) .|Il prezzo, competitivo tenuto conto della stagione.|Non abbiamo avuto tempo di usufruire della piscina, ma sentivamo molto apprezzata, specie dai bambini presenti nella struttura .||Insomma, da subito e per tutta la permanenza ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, quasi come in famiglia e questo per noi è un aspetto molto qualificante.||Sono scese lacrimucce al momento della partenza ma di sicuro se torneremo nelle marche o di passaggio verso altre destinazioni non avremo dubbi nello scegliere La Panoramica come sosta intermedia. |||Roberto e...
