Il Casale di Monacella — Hotel in Santa Venerina

We had an amazing stay in this place! The apartment is very big, extremely clean and fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The terrace overlooks the outdoor area with olive trees, the pool and a relax area which is simply amazing, quiet, relaxing and clean. The pool is cleaned every day and is perfect for hot days in Sicily. The place is ideally located for trips to various beaches (e.g. Isola Bella, Giardini Naxos), cities (Taormina, Catania) and outdoor activities (Etna, Gole Alcantara). In particular, Alfio and his wife have been incredible hosts, very approachable and helpful at all times - they really made us feel at home during our stay. We will definitely come back the next time...

Our stay at Il Casale di Monacella was simply amazing! The apartment (Ogliarola room) was modern, newly refurbished in May 2021 and fully equipped with everything one could ask for. Monica and her husband were very welcoming and considerate hosts trying to make us feel at home from the very first moment :)

The proximity to most of the attractions and cities on Sicily’s east coast (e.g., Etna, Catania, Giardini Naxos, Taormina) and several beaches in the area leaves nothing to be desired for a great holiday here. Note that you should have a car though, as otherwise it would be difficult to get to places.

This is one of the best places to stay, if you want to visit this area It's close to everything you need yet in a charming quiet village

The owner Monica is very helpful and will go beyond to assure that your stay is perfect. These are good, down to earth people

The place is absolutely fantastic, spotless clean,modern,and equipped with everything one needs

Finally the view, specially in the morning there is no way to describe it you must see it for your self
