Hotel Del Corso — Hotel in Santu Antiogu/Sant'Antioco

This is probably the busiest place in the village in terms of the number of events. A proper small hotel with a bar and a street terrace on the ground floor. The bar and the terrace are busy all the time and people come for coffee and otherwise just enjoying refreshments. The hotel has the basic things in the room and the overnight stay is therefore ok. The room was spacious and the bed was fine, as was the pillow. The room had an air-heat pump and thus it was quite cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was efficient and the shower space was decent. Everything was clean, in good condition and comfortable.Breakfast, at least a proper one, is not offered. Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice service. Great room. Very clean. Nice design. We stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave when we had to. Also my boyfriend got sick after eating wrong fish at a pizzaria and the staff of Del|Corso took care of him in the hotel by bringing him tea without charging the roomservice. Del|Corso is in a very nice street with restaurants, music and little shops. Oh and parking is included! We are coming...

In het centrum van Sant’Antioco ligt dit kleine maar sfeervolle hotel. De kamers liggen boven een café maar daarvan heb je totaal geen last.|De kamer is voldoende ruim. De badkamer is bijzonder ruim met een riante inloopdouche. Het bed is wat aan de kleine kant (te kort) en is iets te zacht naar onze zin maar toch hebben wij er prima geslapen. |Een waterkokertje met twee bekers en een paar zakjes thee maken de beleving compleet. |Wij hadden een kamer op de tweede etage. De kamer was uitgerust met een klein Frans balkon. Hoewel het uitzicht niet echt prettig was, kon het raam wagenwijd open om wat frisse lucht binnen te laten.|Het ontbijt, buiten op het terras aan de straat was overvloedig en bij de prijs inbegrepen. Voor € 80,- per nacht inclusief het ontbijt kun je niet beter zitten. Hier beleefden wij het echte Italiaanse leven op een zaterdagmorgen. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader!||Een opmerking past het parkeren: niet gratis en niet altijd voor de deur. Tussen 20.00 uur en 3.00 uur wordt de straat afgesloten en moeten auto’s verplaatst zijn. Wij vonden een plekje ca 150 meter verderop op een klein pleintje. Ook hier betaald parkeren maar voor € 1,50 konden wij van vrijdag 19.00 uur tot zaterdag 10.15 uur blijven staan. Gratis parkeren in de binnenstad is er verder niet bij, hooguit aan de haven maar dat is dan al weer wat verder...
