Due to mistake they gave us the wrong (much smaller) apartment, as a consequence the holiday was pretty much compromised. Although they admitted the mistake from their side, they were only willing either to provide a 10 euro/day discount or to cancel the reservation. If we didn’t make the food purchases we would have left. In the end we got 15/day discount and they were going to pay the tourist tax (or at least that’s what they said). By looking a posteriori at the price difference posted on the website, I think they even charged more than the real price of the room. So not only they do not pay for their mistake they even made a profit from it. Unbelievable how these things can happen anno 2024. I think if we had booked via booking.com (rather their own website) this would have not happened.

We where welcomed by Christina. She was very sweet and helpful and gave us a lot of tips about what to visit on the island.

The appartment Ginepro was beautiful and very clean. With a full equiped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, water kettle and percolator. Nice big bathroom. Bedrooms where nice, clean and with good mattresses. Also very nice are the insect screen in the windows. The screens where at every window 😊

There is a good clean washing machine on the public area with laundry detergent for free use. Also there is a bbq area.

Absolutely beautiful place. Great attention to detail has been placed into every aspect of this set of apartments. Everything is maintained with love and care. The back yard has a beautiful lawn an just the right amount of trees for shade if you want. The only downside is, that the beach is not in walking distance.
