What a tranquil oasis. Benina and Roberto have worked so hard to create this stunning 12 bedroom sanctuary. We loved everything about it. Rooms: we had room 8, within the main building. Huge, spacious room with a massive terrace that is completely private. This looks over the vineyard and to the side the pool area. We had a sofa, which can become a bed for a family. A walk in wardrobe, large bathroom with wonderful shower. Amenities and bathrobes are provided. Tea and coffee station, fridge with water, soft drinks and white wine. Red wine on the side... Yes the wine is all literally produced downstairs. The facilities: a large pool terrace with wonderful views over the countryside. They have a spa area with jacuzzi and suana to enjoy. The infinity pool is just wonderful. If staying a few nights you will be invited to a dinner evening. We are always happy to try new things. We weren't disappointed at all. A short tour of the wine making process and bottling here. Benina leads this tour and it's great to understand the passion they have for their main business. The 6 course, yes SIX course meal is exquisite. All enjoyed with wine pairing and tasting. The food was all vegetarian which is great as it caters for all customers. We had no idea how much it would cost, but it was very well priced for what we experienced. We enjoyed every course, but don't eat lunch... The owners: this wonderful and friendly Italian couple have poured their Sicilian passion into this business and their home. Roberto speak no English, only Italian. Benina speaks limited English, however she is very good at using Google translate. Thankfully, a smile speaks a thousand languages and she is so warm and welcoming. They have the most friendly and adorable dog, a Pointer, who prances around the grounds like he owns the place. He's so affectionate and loving. We will absolutely come back. Thank you.

Good things first. A new hotel with good facilities in a very beautiful and picturesque location, with vineyards and a breath-taking mountain view. Good parking, A/C. The room was spacious, comfy with good bathroom/toilet facilities. A complimentary bottle of wine from the local vineyards is also a plus. Good quality bath towels, bathrobes, slippers and a few types of body washes and shampoos provided on check-it (not replenished thereafter – 3 night stay). A really nice pool with different depth levels. Minuses: the managers and staff barely speak English, so communication was difficult. Also, staff are friendly but not caring (at all). For example, the hotel’s official check-out time was 11am but during the breakfast on our last day the managers/owners in a very unequivocal way suggested that we check out ASAP (it was around 9am) as they had some personal business to take care of… not particularly pleasant. Other disadvantages include: no on-site restaurant or other place for lunch or dinner, so you need to drive to the nearby town or beach to get food. AWFUL Wi-Fi… A lot of facilities are still under construction (as at the end of August 2019) and either temporarily deactivated or not yet working. There is no proper road /path to the pool, you literally need to climb a hill of earth and dirt to get there. A few simple amenities were also missing, thigs like trash bins anywhere around the pool, shades/umbrellas near the pool. The water-massage facilities in the pool were not working.

Lovely family run hotel at the Sicily countryside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it from two days to three days. Pool was also really nice and during our stay we were only ones using the pool. So relaxing! During our stay we did day trips to tourist destinations like Scala dei Turchi and Valle dei Templin. After buzzling day at the tourist "trap" it was always really nice to come to this quiet and relaxing accommodation. As it is located at the countryside, it is recommended to have a car. Property has lots of parking space, so parking will not be a problem. There are no restaurants at the walking distance, but few kilometers away is a really nice beach with good restaurant like Il Canaima. On one evening we had a vinery tour including 5-course dinner. This was superb experience and we can warmly recommend it.
