The food that came out over the course of our fantastic 2 hour meal included sun dried tomatoes, a variety of local cheeses, courgettes, a twist on parmigiana, stuffed aubergines, gnochetti sardi with saffron, and (for the meat eaters) prosciutto crudo and maialino followed by a tiramisu type dessert.
