Fattoria S'Imbiligu — Hotel in Sinnariolo/Sennariolo

We went to s’imbiligu from Bosa after reading some fantastic reviews and it did not disappoint. |The drive up a windy country lane lead us to a beautiful spot. There is a lovely little vineyard and various animals as you enter which made for some lovely pictures. |We were greeted and shown to our table On the terrace with beautiful views of the area. |Starters were amazing with an olive tapenade with some small fried bread, courgette fried dumplings, pecorino cream, sweetened pickled onions and some ham and local cheese. It was all perfection. 11 of us pre booked dinner here with 5 of us requesting a vegetarian meal. The food that came out over the course of our fantastic 2 hour meal included sun dried tomatoes, a variety of local cheeses, courgettes, a twist on parmigiana, stuffed aubergines, gnochetti sardi with saffron, and (for the meat eaters) prosciutto crudo and maialino followed by a tiramisu type dessert. Fresh pasta lovers don't look any further ...
