Design Apartment n. 41 — Hotel in Territorio Val d'Adige

We had a wonderful stay at Luca's place during our trip to Trento. I only have good things to say: the apartment was absolutely spotless (even sanitized), actually by far the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Quiet, stylish and comfortable, I could tell that a lot of care was taken to maintain the place. Well equipped, with all required amenities and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Plus a balcony to enjoy the summer nights. It was in the perfect location, making it easy to explore Trento, with lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Luca was very friendly and polite. A welcoming and responsive host, who really made the effort to ensure we had a great stay. Days before he provided us with detailed instructions. Upon arrival he showed us around the apartment, how to work everything and gave us helpful advices (and a guidebook) about things to see and do in the city. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely recommend staying here!...

The apartment, host and location were great and exceeded all expectations. The apartment was well designed, equipped with top notch appliances, and immaculate. There are spectacular views from the kitchen, living room, bedroom and even the bathroom. The building has an elevator and is 100% accessible for anyone with mobility issues. It is located minutes from the historic center of Trento (which is a wonderful city to visit). There is a supermarket, coffee shop, bakery and restaurants on the same block. We had a rental car (although it is not needed to visit the city) and it was easy to find parking spots on the street. Luca is a super host. He met us personally upon check-in and gave us a wonderful introduction to the apartment and the neighborhood and things to do during our stay. He is a very caring and educated person, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment in Trento and hope to return sometime...

Luca's apartment is in the perfect position to visit Trento. It is located just south of the historic center, just outside the ZTL (zona di traffico limitato), so it is possible to drive to the building. The city center and neighborhoods to the south are in easy walking distance. The apartment is situated on the top floor of the building, with beautiful views to the south and west. The apartment is well-designed and impeccably clean. It is a well-equipped and spacious apartment suitable for a long stay (we stayed for 10 days). Luca lives in the apartment next door, so he met us at check-in and was readily available during the stay. Luca was very kind and helpful to us, allowing us to check-in early when we had to leave another accommodation in Trento. Highly recommend this...
