Searching a hotel for the night, we found this hotel. Called to check availability and pricing. Reception was super friendly and helpful, rooms have a very good price/quality ratio. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by the reception girl, again very friendly and helpful. She offered some upselling, breakfast and a room with private parking place. We agreed to both and we were very surprised to the benefits of a room with parking place. No carrying luggage across the hotel, what a great solution. For the rest everything you may expect from a hotel, good bed, clean room, nice shower

Absolutely lovely hotel that was more than perfect for two people travelling with a cat. We had privacy parking and separate entrance to our room, protection for the car from the sun and thiefs, and room service that was both lavish and varied - even vegetarian choices! It was like a small oasis after 5 hours on the road with a screaming cat in the back and 200C on the roads.

Service was enthusiastic and competent and we were treated with great respect even though we came 3 hours before check-in. Got the room straight away, could order a fantastic cappuccino and then crash. Only thing we thought was a problem was the incredibly hard beds - however it seems to be a standard in...

Purtroppo deluso, le aspettative erano buone ma appena arrivati nella stanza prenotata, la suittissima CAPRI, per quanto molto bella e forse unica nel suo genere, abbiamo appreso che era una della poche stanza senza idromassaggio, cosa assurda visto il tipo di stanza e soprattutto cosa non segnalata sul sito, dove mancano le dotazioni incluse, l'unica "descrizione" si fa per dire, è una frase di Hans Christian Andersen, bella ma inutile. La signorina, molto gentile ci cambia stanza, andiamo alla Honeymoon dove c'è la vasca idromassaggio, ma sicuramente come allestimento meno caratteristico e avvolgente. Altra amara sorpresa, sul sito si parla anche di un menù completo a 20 Euro a testa, su tripadvisor leggevo di persone che ne hanno usufruito anche in camera SENZA sovrapprezzo, anzi tempo addietro anche ad un prezzo inferiore. Chiamiamo per ordinare ma ci dicono che in camera quel menù non si può ordinare, solo alla carta, che è scritto sul sito, ma anche questo sul sito non c'è scritto anzi lascia intendere che possa essere servito anche in stanza. Ma va bene!! Ordiniamo alla carta, 60 Euro di cena, 20 euro in più, chissenefrega, ma è la correttezza di informazione che urta ancora una volta, i 2,50 per una bottiglietta di acqua naturale da mezzo litro, in plastica, non Perrier o altro, sono la ciliegina sulla torta. Detto questo, stanza direi ordinata e pulita ma nulla di chè, idromassaggio rumorosissimo ma comunque ce lo siamo goduti.
