POSITIVES|I really liked almost everything. |From the entrance you can see really nice situated hotel in front of the mountain Massive.|It has really nice garden and it is well maintained as all the property.|There was a really nice welcoming lady at the reception who helped us with all our questions.|I can not say anything about wellness because we did not try. We found a really nice lake about 1h by car so we prefered natural swimming. Parco Lavino is about 20-30min by car.|The room was very clean with a balcony with a view to the mountain massive. I can say that whole property was really well cleaned.|The included breakfest was also very satisfying. I did not like the presentation, it was little bit old-school, but that is the problem in whole Italy and also mine, because I am working in the industry for a long time and I saw a lot of better presented breakfasts. On the other hand the product served was really high quality with local production and own production. Everyone who take the breakfast should ask for the peach juice.|We did get a dinner here because there were some home restaurants around that we wanted to try. I am pretty sure that they are doing pretty good ala carte dinner because the restaurant was quite busy in the evening and the menu was nice structured.|What I really appreciated was the economy of the hotel. Whoever runs the building puts a lot of emphasis on saving both resources and the environment, but at the same time the guest was not disadvantaged. All||NEGATIVES|There's not much to say here, the hotel practically works great. I know from personal experience that it is the frequent presence of the manager (although I think it was directly owner). With this I would like to thank him very much for the stay.|Maybe I would mention only 2 things that I missed but they are really small things and that is the light on the balcony although it is only a matter of time when it will be finished because the electrical wiring is ready for it. And the second thing is the missing little handle on the outside of the balcony door so that the guest can close the door when they want to spend...
Read moreMy experience was as a traveler on holiday in a foreign country. it was not convenient to get to for me. I had a driver but this place was a 90 minute drive away. €73 buys a day pass to the spa's amenities (sans massage) and dinner of assorted yummy seafood, meats, and cheeses. the lockers come with slippers, robe, body towel, and hand towel. There's no body wash or shampoo or anything in the showers so bring your own. There were hair dryers tho. I didn't understand the staff when they explained the rules and lay of the land in Italian, but I figured it out after a while. The staff were very friendly. the outdoor pool was heated which was lovely, and the colored lights really added nice ambiance. the dry sauna was wonderful as well (the wet sauna was closed due to COVID). didn't get to try the jacuzzi before they closed but it looked good. I would recommend this place and I'd go back there again if given the chance, now that I'm a little more...
Read moreWe stayed elsewhere but came to the spa on a day pass (Euro 35 pp). The spa has an outdoor pool and terrace which is nice for lounging. Indoors there is a pool with attached jacuzzi jets, and a jet current to swim against. There is a steam room, dry sauna, warm and cool hydro paths, and a cold shower. There are two relaxation lounges, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a change room with showers and lockers. They serve lunch, snacks and aperitivos. The whole spa is modern and clean. You are provided with robe, slippers and a towel. We did not book any spa services, but the staff were very nice especially Maria Theresa who booked us in and arranged for our aperitivos. The attached pizzeria has a very nice dining room with good food and friendly staff. The more formal hotel dining room was being used for a wedding so we cannot rate it. We felt everything was well done and good...
