There are many beautiful stays in Tuscany, but Agritourismo Sole is truly leading the game in its league. First of all, Sole is complied with the COVID rules.
At Sole, you could wake up just before dawn and take a short drive to the famous Crete Senesi (see the photo of a house with zig-zag driveway) for the amazing sunrise. The olive woods are right there on the farm that you could walk in for the freshest breathe. While enjoying the delicious home-made breakfast, why not ask Maria how they met in Latin America or let Santiago tell you about his Patagonia hike? After a busy day touring around, donโt miss the chance to sink in the beach recliner in the front yard while appreciating the stunning milky way before bed.
Sole is a farm stay built on top of a hill, facing west looking down to a typical Tuscany valley. The location is private, safe and peaceful, yet conveniently connected to towns and sightseeing. The two-story guest stay is beautiful, built using the original stones from an old storage on the farm. The rooms are tastefully designed and decorated with vintage furniture from the ownerโs family. The place looks exactly as in the official photos. The mattress and bed linens are of hotel standards. The bathroom is spacious. The owners are clearly mindful of the eco impact. There are many energy saving features. The hygiene products are high quality and organic.
Now what makes a guest stay outstanding is always people. Santiago and Maria are two genuinely caring, fun, and respectful hosts. Their great taste, high standard for guest experience, and open-minded perspectives are probably rooted in the fact that they are very well-travelled themselves. They proactively stayed in touch with me all the time in such a natural way that I felt like I was at home with family. They are very willing to get to know you more despite their busy schedules. Yet, if you want to enjoy a quiet stay all to yourself, theyโd be respectful and keep distance while always ready to help.
This piece of gem offers you the authentic and uniquely customized Tuscany experience at a great price. No matter how big or small your group is, Maria and Santiago will have the right accommodation for you.
