Monte Termine is a very special place for those who love horses. The family who operates this agroturism opportunity are warm and welcoming and have worked with horses their entire lives. You can be sure they love their horses as family, take care of them likewise, and will welcome you to come along for the ride.||||Another reviewer here made a silly mistake thinking that this place is a hotel. It is not a hotel. They have accommodations available which are comfortable and perfectly adequate -- but rustic! This is no place for a mother to spend a night with a couple of children when on a long road trip. And it's true, the road is bumpy: because la forestaria (the forest service) doesn't allow them to pave the road; the property is in the hills, surrounded by forest. If that is an appealing idea, then you have found a great place.||||If you can stay for a few nights, you will be fed well and have an opportunity to walk in the forest, listen to the quiet of the air without city noise, and, if you choose, make a trip or take a lesson on horseback. The owners take riding very seriously and are kind and helpful teachers in Italian, English, or Dutch. Der Aufenthalt auf dem Land sollte der krönende Abschluss unserer Rundreise durch Italien sein, aber bis auf die Ruhe, Natur und die unfassbare Stille war der Aufenthalt echt ein nicht so schönes Erlebnis.

Kommen wir zu den Problemen: Schimmel in der Dusche Schwefel/Kanal Gestank im Bad in der letzten Nacht Badtür nicht abschließbar Spinnweben überall, wenig geputzt im Zimmer WLAN funktioniert nur eingeschränkt und ist sehr langsam Aggressive Gänse Gemeinschaftsküche wirkt improvisiert, kein Feuerzeug für Gasherd Gemeinschaftsküche ist ebenfalls sehr dreckig, gekochtes Essen steht tagelang ungekühlt rum und wird dann weggeworfen Permanenter Gasgeruch vor Gemeinschaftsraum - angeblich ein Zeichen das der Gastank bald leer ist Überall Pferde und Gänse Dreck Tür zum Zimmer ist nicht abschließbar Weg nicht bis zur Unterkunft befahrbar das Gelände wirkt nicht mehr gepflegt und teilweise heruntergekommen man hört die Gäste aus dem Zimmer nebenan wenn diese nur normal sprechen mit 6-7 Pferden die freilaufend auf dem Gelände sind, kann es auch mal zu unangenehmen Situationen kommen wenn man von Pferden umringt ist Pferde brechen in die Gemeinschaftsküche ein, weil die Tür nicht abschließbar ist

Es gibt auch ein paar schöne Dinge: sehr nette Gastgeberin reichliches Frühstück freundlicher Hund und liebe Katzen Stille, Natur und Aussicht das Bett ist super bequem

Abschließend bleibt zu sagen, wir haben über Booking.com 276€ für vier Nächte gezahlt was definitiv viel zu teuer für diese...
