Hochwertige Materialien, meisterhafte Verarbeitung, eine Farbgestaltung, die Ruhe ausstrahlt – kein Detail dem Zufall überlassen. Das Frühstück? The hotel is actually an old castle that has been sitting empty for several hundred years. Last it was put to use was as a school. It was bought by a private investors a few years ago and has been carefully restored over the last several years (at great expense one can assume). ||The hotel is despite its size rather small with only app 15 rooms which are all rather large and well fitted. Beds and pillows are hard (I like hard beds). The have a small spa section that can be booked for private use. The restaurant was VERY nice. Local food nicely cooked and presented at very decent prices for being so upscale. ||The hotel was opened less than a year ago so they are still working on finding their way to run things. We took a bottle of Franciacorta bubbly from the minibar upon arrival. When we checked out and told them this, they said it was on the house. Nice gesture!||For us, it was on the way home and we only stayed a night. A night we all highly...
