We stayed there with family for just one night, because we were travelling. When I saw this place i was like, oh my god I want to stay there forewer! The way to this beautiful place is like a large botanic garden with such an admirable view! You can see the sea flow with the sky. The house and an area are very beautiful ! Flowers, exotic plants, birds and calm atmosphere everywhere! Just like a paradise for your eyes and your soul! We felt in love with this place from the first sight! Our apartment had 2 floors, the first was made in african style and the second in kind of a greek santorini style. There were lots of stuff from all around the world. It was just like a traveller paradise which took you back in time. Everything here was made with love and passion, you could feel it in everything in the house. And all it is thanks to the kindest owner ever! Mr. Pier was very helpfull just from the time we booked the apartment. He explained the way to the hotel very good and did everything to make us enjoy staying here. Very friendly, lively, clever and smiling person who is doing everything with love! The biggest suprise for us was breakfast which they made with his wife by themselves! We didnt had such a rich and tasty breakfast in any other hotel or guesthouse before! There were so many meals to eat we didnt even finished all! So Mr. Pier gave the rest of it to take with us. We enjoyed this place so much! Next time we will come at least for a week! This place will reenergized your body and your soul! Thanks a lot for making such a...
Read moreWhat an amazing place! I know there are a lot of reviews saying it's hard to find but it's really not. Pier is a pleasure to meet and is more than happy to assist with finding the place (even though his directions are perfect). The place is a must see! From the views of the ocean to his fields of fruit, vegetables and flowers you instantly feel like you're the only people for miles. The accommodations are pretty great too. From the time Pier showed us to our room I was in awe. His home is like a museum. There is so much to see, it's great. Our room was fantastic! The first floor has a large living room with a kitchen and bathroom with a balcony and the second floor is the bedroom. It's very clean and you can tell a lot of time has gone into considering the needs of his guests. Breakfast is amazing and Pier is a great chef. Breakfast seems to keep coming so save lots of room! While waiting for the next course(s) of breakfast we had the pleasure to listen to some of his stories. He is a very interesting man and has really lived life to the fullest. I highly recommend staying here for the experience. Only downside was we didn't stay long enough. Love Pier...
Read moreI'll start with the bad since it is such a short list: it's a little small and it's a bit of a walk to the Main Street (not a big deal unless you're with someone older - it's only like 4 minutes from the Main Street but it's all stairs). As for the good, Lorenza is a true hostess. The place was incredibly clean (and we're a family that has high standards in this category), breakfast was simple but delicious. Espresso provided. Rooms cleaned everyday. When we needed something we were more than comfortable calling her and she was very helpful and kind. She gave us suggestions of good attractions and really knows the place well. For a couple, this place would be paradise. For a family it is a bit tight, but true to the description. If you're visiting in high season I recommend you secure this place early as it will absolutely fill up!...
