AVOID THIS AT ALL COST! I stayed with my family 10 days at this resort. Unfortunately our vacation started very bad, as the 50mp 2 bedrooms appartment/villa we chosed was full of mold, the amenities were broken and all the sofa, chairs, furniture was completely dirty. We got there at 8 pm and because of the mold my wife was sick and visited the medical emergency room next day. The owner, Ms Simonetta, was only interested in, and used the opportunity, to change the appartment which was a mess and ask us for more money, instead of upgrading us for free, due to the real mold, amenities and dirt issues we showed her. The whole garden and garden amenities were also in bad state. The pool was very dirty also, and the water was not heated, therefore usable only when above 35 degrees celsius outside temp. Despite owning the 110 hectares of land estate with a market value of over $20 mil, the owner ONLY hires ONE person for cleaning the 10 appartments and the huge villa for venues. Despite charging a high price of over 200 euro a night per appartment, the result of owner cheapness and lack of interest for tourists wellbeing is obvious everywhere. Owner only cares about charging tourists a lot of money in advance and take even more if possible. The owner took millions in EU funds but did not hired people to maintain the investments received. Also the tap water was very heavy, it was impossible to be used even for tea or coffee. A lot of usual amenities were missing from the rooms. A HUUGE DISSAPOINTMENT FOR THE PRICE. Read moreAs a result of constantly changing COVID-measures in several countries, incl. in Belgium, where we live, it took us some time to decide to go and if so where to go for our 2020 Summer break. We finally decided to go and as we already went to Tuscany a few times before, we once more went over there and after consulting some search engines on the Internet, we landed on the lovely place "Il Principino" in Vinci. Our flat (apartment 9) was spacious, well-equiped, clean and has airco in all rooms (incl. the 3 bedrooms). The swimming pool was great too. If you're into wine, Lorenzo, being a great host, will provide you with the insights of the very nice wines they...
