1 star because 0 are not possible. First of all the day we arrived we found out that the house we were trying to get to was only connected by a very bumpy gravel road on wich our new car couldnt drive witout destroying the front and rear bumper so we had to rent a suv to get anywhere else. When we finaly got to the house there was nothing but regular fourniture and some plates to eat from no toiletpaper no tools for cleaning nothing. On the internet the house is advertised for a maximum of 6 people however the 1st floor of the house is so small that both of my sons cant stand upright there wich is why they hat to sleep in one bedroom together. One day in the morning at around 9 o clock our house became a construction site and we were woken up by workers walking around on the roof throwing things of the roof and sawing stone. The view is stunning but the house needs love and attention. We paid 100 euros cleaning cost and the place is not clean whatsoever. The kitchen is badly damaged which is a shame. The wall, especially in the bedrooms are spattered with blood from mosquitoes. Simple things like the kitchen chairs need replacing as you feel like you fall through them.

We received 1 towel per person for a 3 week holiday and if we hadnt brought our own gardenchairs we wouldn't have been able to sit outside....

Wir hatten für 10 Tage das Appartement B7 (2 Personen) gebucht für einen Preis von 195,00 Euro/Nacht. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Ruhe wirklich unglaublich. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist sehr gut. Die Straße ist abenteuerlich, aber das wussten wir vorher. Das Appartement liegt im Keller, mit nur einem kleinen Zugang (Fenster) zur Terrasse. Es ist recht dunkel. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet, allerdings - speziell die Küche - nur oberflächlich sauber. Das Bett und das Sofa sind neu. Die Küche und die Stühle sind leider schon sehr alt und verschmutzt. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank. Die Bilder auf Airbnb täuschen leider. Die überdachte Terrasse - inkl. Grill - war sehr unsauber. Die Möbel alt und defekt. Die weiße Cabana auf der Wiese war wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Allerdings ist der Blick etwas getrübt, durch Blumentöpfe mit keinen oder vertrockneten Pflanzen, die wahllos rumstehen. Leider ist die gesamte Anlage nicht wirklich gepflegt. Am Pool gibt es keine Sonnenschirme und als Ausblick hat man mitunter Berge von Bauschutt. Es sieht alles etwas lieblos und heruntergekommen aus. Elektrogeräte (Fön, Trockner) funktionierten nicht. Wir haben nach 5 Nächten storniert, da wir uns nicht wohl fühlten. Später haben wir in Bewertungen gelesen, dass dies schon öfter vorgekommen sei. Aus Erfahrung kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass das Appartement leider keine 195,00 Euro wert ist. Wir hatten uns für den Preis etwas anderes vorgestellt und dann auch noch in der Toskana gefunden.
